    The location of the hotel was wery good, servis very helpful, if you were for the first time in Paris you would to get every informations that you should know from the service hotel. The rooms were clean and frendly for children , only the bathroom wasn't perfect. But overall it was a good choice. I recommend this hotel.

    We booked this hotel off booking.com. To our surprise the hotel was a complete construction site. With scaffolding on the entire outside of the building. Overhead wires were exposed as all the ceiling tiles had been removed. There was no elevator. Not sure how they remained open as the rooms had a strong damp smell. Being asthmatic staying here was not an option. The only positive though was the guy at the front desk. He spent over an hour phoning around trying to find our party of six a different hotel for the weekend. He managed in what was one of the busiest weekends in Paris.

    The hotel refurbishment means there are no views from any windows, as the building is covered in scaffolding and tarpaulins. The interior courtyard is a builldiing site. No lifts meant using concrete stairs when it rained. The hotel site on the internet is quite misleading at the moment.

    Friendly staff, coping with the renovation. We knew about it, so had zero complaints. Overall clean hotel, considering all the work being done to the building. Great location, bastille is just around the corner. And metro is 1 minute walking (direct line to gare du nord)!

    The hotel rooms are quite small and a little bit dated. Smelled a little bit old.. Nice bathroom.We were waken up by construction workers early in the morning after a night of mixed sleep. The mattresses were pretty firm and the pillows not very comfortable. Hopefully the hotel becomes much better after renovation. Nice staff though.
