    We stayed here for one night. Staff absolutely fantastic, stored our bags and very helpful. The rooms great for the price and had everything we needed. My daughter left her favourite soft toy in the room and we didn't realise till after we had left. The hotel staff were fantastic and helped us post it back to England. She is now reunited. Thankyou so much 💓

    I arrived mid-afternoon and was allocated a room facing the station, as requested. It was modest, but bright and clean, and served my purposes fine. Breakfast in the basement, complete with armoured knight, was typical continental fare, perfectly adequate and certainly seemed cheaper, for what you could have, than in the street. I found reception staff at all times friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for Eurostar and RER/Metro, with a direct connection to the airport, and easy access to attractions in Paris. Lots of eateries close by to help you spend your Euros.

    The worst hotel ever

    I stayed at New Hotel and was really disappointed. The place is very basic for the high price they charge. The elevator was out of service during my entire stay, and I had to walk up and down six floors several times — even when I checked out, I had to carry my luggage down by myself from the 6th floor. The heater in my room also didn’t work, and the weather was cold. When I informed the reception, they just said there was nothing they could do. No apology, no compensation , and they don’t care about the review . Completely unacceptable and definitely not worth the money.

    I found the property accidentally going to the hotel I was about to book, had a nice welcome with a great smile and charisma by “Ben”, Ill say that He was one of the best receptionist I’ve ever encounter on my global trips, profesional, very helpful with an excellent knowledge of the city (An asset to this property) I stayed almost 2 weeks, the rooms were very comfortable, clean with pretty much every thing that You need for a pleasant stay, a view to the legendary Gare du Nord and I’ll say walking distance to many tourists attractions, needless to say transportation, metro stations a few steps away, I always look for hotels close to railway stations and this hotel was in front of it making it easy to move around, they offer a nice breakfast at a reasonable price, the whole staff was very friendly and courteous and I’ll definitely will comeback when visiting Paris !!!!

    Excellent location . Very basic hotel but served our purpose as a base to explore paris .Friendly staff working very long days .Room was small but OK.Breakfast cost extra. Usual continental breakfast .Think some other guests were smoking in their rooms which seemed to waft through to our room
