This modern hotel is splendidly located near the opera and Les Grandes Boulevards. Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur can also both be found close to the hotel. These and further tourist attractions as well as countless shopping and entertainment venues, are within walking distance of the hotel, or may easily be reached by making use of public transport. The Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord are only minutes from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 3 suites, 8 single rooms and 39 double rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     Great location, only 3 minutes away from the nearest metrostation. Friendly staff, basic but good breakfast. Only the coffee was low quality. The rooms are very small but very clean. The bathroom is also very small and strange. The shower and washbasin are next to eacother. Also the floor gets very wet after taking a shower.     Beware of Fraud!!!I booked a room for four nights through the hotel’s official website and provided my credit card as the payment method. Payment during the booking process was not possible — the website clearly stated that the card would only be used as a guarantee and that payment would be made on arrival. I also received a booking confirmation by email.When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that my reservation had been cancelled because I had supposedly not paid a deposit. I was informed that this was my mistake and that two emails had been sent to me: one requesting payment and one confirming the cancellation. Together with the hotel staff, we checked everything — and it turned out that neither email had ever been sent to me. It was a clear error on the hotel’s side. Despite this, I was left without any solution.I had to suggest myself that they might offer me a room in another hotel of the chain. The employee said he would take care of it and call me back within 30 minutes. I had to leave for an appointment in the city — and eight hours later, when I returned, I had received no call at all. A shift change had taken place, and the new staff member had not been informed about my case. She again blamed me for not responding to a payment request, and only after a long discussion did she finally acknowledge that it was the hotel’s mistake. She then offered me a room in another hotel of the chain, even though the location and facilities were significantly worse than those of the hotel I had originally booked — and I was expected to pay the same price.After my stay, I paid the full amount on site, since my credit card supposedly could not be charged. Once I got home, I discovered that my card had been charged anyway, meaning I ended up paying twice. I immediately contacted the hotel by phone and email to request a refund, but all my attempts were ignored. Only after I filed a complaint with SignalConso and threatened legal action did someone finally respond — over a month later.This entire experience has been absolutely unacceptable, and I strongly advise everyone to book elsewhere.     Great location, rooms small but very clean. Bathroom was adequate and spotless.loved the lift, although it didnt work on the first day with both of us and the cases. Beds were really comfortable, although we would have preferred a proper double.it was great value for money.     Decent place but climate installation in room was not working.

    Clean hotel with tight rooms but good enough to stay for one person per room. Everything can be found in the room. Breakfast is okay. Coffee at breakfast is low quality..typical machine coffee. Staff is very friendly.I was thinking about giving it a 4 star rating but since the climate installation was switched off and it was 18 degrees outside in November the room was very warm.
