    Great location to Saint Lazare. My wife and I stayed 2 nights and have no complaints. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was small, but that is Paris. Bathroom was amazing.     A fire alarm went off at 7 a.m., the hotel staff stayed at the reception knowing it was a false alarm, we in the room worried and upset at that terrible noise went down to see what happened. On the way down they told us it was nothing we didn't worry about. I find it a lack of involvement and a lethargy on the part of the hotel reception not to explain and reassure the guest.     A Great Find!

    This boutique hotel was a great find. My family and I (3 of us) had a short trip to Paris. This hotel is situated in the 9th arrondisement, but near many cafes and eateries. We took a triple room, which was a bit small, but we expected that. It would have been perfect for two. Everything in the room worked well. The hotel is well located and near the train station.The breakfast was great. Not too many items on the buffet but had everything we needed, and tasted good. That gave a great start for us each day.     Cosy hotel

    I am so happy that I found this hotel. The whole place is renovated, so it’s clean and cosy little hotel. There weren’t lot of different options on breakfast but still it had what necessary. I don’t like to waste food, so I liked it this way. Stuff was friendly if we needed them but we didn’t need them a lot. Mostly we went out around 10am and arrived from city exploring around 11.30pm. Few metro stations were close. I liked the location. Hotel street was quiet but much busier street and Moulin Rouge was in walking distance (10 -15 min).     Lovely place and i recommend it 100%, i would like spend again there and enjoy my trip in paris, location is great, close to train station and city center, bar , restaurant, parking is not so far from the hotel , our room was in 6 floors and really enjoyed Camille Antoun, Autre at New Hotel Opera, responded to this review Dear customer, thank you for your comment.
