This splendid hotel is centrally located, around 500 m from the Louvre, around 700 m from the opera and less than 1 km from the Champs-Élysées- Galeries Lafayette is located around 100 m away. A metro station lies just 50 m away and St. Lazare train station is around 400 m away. Orly airport lies around 18 km away and Charles de Gaulle airport is around 30 km away.

The hotel was built in 1850. 2 junior suites, 2 suites, 49 single rooms and 76 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     The hotel is old and has an old smell. The staff are unhelpful.     My Insurance money

    I had a bad experience with insurance after staying at this hotel; they took all my insurance money and didn't refund it to me When I contacted the bank, they said the hotel answered that I used all the insurance money, but in reality, I stayed for two nights and didn’t use it.

    Quite expensive hotel but you really do get what you pay for. Biggest room and bathroom I have ever had in Paris. Beautiful, stylish decor. Staff very professional. Great location, convenient to just about everywhere. Metro a few paces from hotel.     The hotel is a little gem. It’s beautifully decorated and the lift is gorgeous, all very typically Parisian which is great. Rooms are good size and have everything you need. Really great location in the 8th arr. a few minutes walk from Madeline metro but you can easily walk to the Louvre and other main sights if you don’t mind a good stroll. The bar is lovely and the staff are really friendly.
