    Good proximity bad room convenience

    Starting with the positivity for this hotel. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good for what you pay for the hotel. Food and drink included: Cheeses, Ham, Yogurts , hot drink machine, juices, breads, pastries and packaged goods. Breakfast was 7-noon so you are able to sleep in and not wake up ridiculously early. Housekeeping came everyday to make your bed, change your towels and give you more toilet paper which was very convenient and pleasant. The staff members were friendly too.The location of the hotel is unbeatable. Rows of stores, restaurants and cafes along the road and very close by. A short walk down the road is also a centre with a shopping mall and various places to eat. Saint Lazare train station is also a 5 minute walk which makes travel very convenient.Moving onto the only negative was the room it’s self. The only positive note was that the shower pressure was amazing. Note that the rooms are extremely small as well as the bathroom. If you are like me and bring a lot of clothes and items, don’t expect to have storage to put them. Even our luggage was in the middle of the room. There is no hairdryer in the room and the only mirror is in the bathroom. Unfortunately there was mould on the bathroom ceilings and the shower which did put us off the room. Another inconvenience that we had was that there was only a single plug socket in the room, especially inconvenient as we had quite a few gadgets.Overall this hotel is a great budget hotel for travellers who want outside convenience.     The location of this hotel is perfect, close to a lot of metro and train stations. We were given a room with mezzanine and we loved it. It's small but the beds are comfy. Breakfast served at the basement is good, but can be better if they offer different menu everyday, except the croissant which I adored. The thing that we didn't like is the small, poorly-lit, musty-smelling hallway.     Good location, no so great hotel

    We stayed 5 nights in this hotel and when we arrived discovered it was under renovation the front of the hotel had scaffolding and sheeting covering the entire front and we were allocated a room at the front which was dark with scaffolding outside our window and no view of the street. When we complained we were moved the next day.As with many Paris Hotels the rooms were small, no room to open a suitcase, other than on the bed. The staff were helpful however, we did experience some communication issues with arranging airport transfers.The Hotel is extremely well located, close to Metro and mainline train stations, shops restaurants and Galleries Lafyette. The street where it is located is quiet as this part is one way so there is little through traffic.Breakfast was very average.

    We paid a very good price. The breakfast was a tad spartan but sufficient. The staff was friendly and there for us. The location was very convenient since it was beside the Liege metro station, a short walk to the Saint Lazare Train station and not too far to the #2 metro station.     Nice stay and experience

    Location is close to leige metro station, and the neighborhood seemed nice. We stayed here for 3 nights and initially were given a room at the back side which wasn't so nice. However, was changed to a room in the front upon request from 2nd day onwards. Rooms are small yet have all the amenities in it. Staff is courteous and helps with the small requests. Breakfast served in their common area is in the basement is nice and delicious. They helped us cabs and even guided on our adventures in the city.
