    We had a wonderful stay at the NH Hotel Opera Faubourg. The atmosphere was welcoming from the moment we arrived.Unfortunately we had a small issue with the air conditioning, however the staff handled it with exceptional kindness and professionalism, making sure we felt taken care of.Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly, and we’d especially like to highlight Mounir and Michelle for their outstanding hospitality.     I had a wonderful stay at NH Opéra Faubourg. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very tasty with a great selection. The reception team was very polite and welcoming throughout my visit. A special thank you to Milo from the breakfast team, who was exceptionally friendly and made the mornings even more pleasant.     The hotel knew about our wedding anniversary and showed it with a personal attention and a free upgrade. Very much appreciated. Location of hotel was excellent ( from gare du nord, restaurants, shopping areas and tourist attractions). Breakfast area very small but it had everything you needed. Elevator slow and tiny for size of hotel. Personnel very friendly.
