    We booked a one day stay. The room was small but we knew that before booking. The hotel is cute with a nice breakfast option.

    This was the perfect landing place for our first time in Paris. The hotel is located on a quiet safe rue (I mean super quiet!!) we were met by a beautiful woman who warmly welcomed us in English. Our room was very clean and nice. The beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable. The lobby/dining area were very chic offering a lovely petit dejeuner each morning. The owner was extremely helpful and informative. The location is just a short walk to the Arch de Triomphe and a bit further to the Eiffel Tower. Easy access to the metro as well. We will definitely come back!

    4 cyclist booked here in September 24. Had a few issues with storing our bikes, but spoke to manager to get it sorted. Rooms very good, receptionist good, Night porter very good, Nice chap, clean, friendly, close to Indian restaurant and a wine bar. Would stay again.

    Awful hotel with a very unfriendly and rude staff. The rooms are dingy, dirty, rundown, chipped paint and cracked ceilings. No enclosed shower, the bathtub only had a hand held shower wand that you cannot mount anywhere in the tub.No kettle or coffee machine.No mini-fridge. When I suggested to the front desk clerk they upgrade the rooms with one, she said it would be ‘ecological’. And proceed to lecture us on the environment. Ice machine was broken, they actually told us to go buy our own. Then we discovered it’s an ongoing issue and they could have made alternative arrangements for. Instead of telling guests to buy their own. We had to chill our drinks on the windowsill. The bed sheets were never changed over a 4-night stay. The pillows smelled like mildew.They ‘forgot’ to give us clean water glasses twice. Extremely noisy. We could hear conversations through the walls. A dog somewhere in the hotel was barking all night on our last. If you want horrible customer service, clerks with attitudes who like to lecture their guests, then this is place for you!Truly perplexed how this is a ‘3 star’ hotel. Do not recommend.

    I choose this hotels between several. At the end I choose it because it was close to Porte Maillot where the shuttle bus from Beauvais arrives. Our flight arrives in the evening. But at the end I could say that we have really great stay there. We file like home. Breakfast is basic but enough. Cleaness on a high level. The area is very good. A lot of good restaurants and shops. Arc de Triumph is just 10 minutes walk.Metro station line 2 just 2 minutes. And at the end but not last is the presence of Elena at the reception. She was very kind , helpful and answering to all our questions . Thank you Elena !
