  We had a lovely stay for 4 nights at the end of March. I had requested a two-bed room and we lucked out with a 5th floor room with a spectacular view of Notre Dame. The room was plenty big for Paris and much larger than the river cruise cabins we had just spent time in. We used the stairs to come down and often the elevator to come down. The breakfast room has an impressive view and really makes you feel like you are in a private club in the heart of Paris. In this case location is everything. Breakfast was good coffee, juice, some fruit/yogurt cups and a great selection of breads and pastries. We made in room coffee with instant packets and bought a good selection at one of the many groceries nearby.

  Wonderful stay in a perfect Paris location

  We had a fantastic stay here and would happily return. The location really couldn’t be better — right beside Notre Dame Cathedral and in the heart of the Latin Quarter, which made exploring Paris on foot incredibly easy and enjoyable.What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the stay feel relaxed and personal rather than transactional.A lovely bonus is the beautiful café next door. My wife is coeliac, and we were delighted to find a great range of gluten-free pastries available — something that can be surprisingly hard to come by when travelling. It made our mornings that much better.Overall, a great place to stay with a brilliant location, warm hospitality, and thoughtful touches. We would absolutely stay here again.

  hotel Notre Dame was divine

  Excellent customer service and divine view of Notre Dame Catherdral. Elora kindly made merges accommodations for us and was very helpful with our requests for the room and sight seeing information. The room was moody and artsy with big windows to open for Cathedral view one block away and the quay right outside. Would stay again in this perfect location near restaurants and tourist stops.

  We are not going to that hotel again

  We liked the location of the hotel. Two blocks away from the river and Notre Dame cathedral and a block away from the metro. Also, on our street there was the award-winning La Maison d’Isabella, cheese and charcuterie shops, and a couple of good asian restaurants. Our main criticism of the hotel is that it was very small for the price. Yes, it is common that hotel rooms are small in Paris, but regardless - it detracts from the tourist experience when me and my Wife have to carefully step around our open suitcases (like an obstacle course) just to go to the bathroom. It was basically a single bedroom with a tub and toilet crammed in there. The heating did not work and the staff was cold and apathetic. The room phone did not work. Every time we left the hotel, we had to surrender our key to the front desk. When I asked why, the staff acted surprised. I said, that I have never seen this protocol practiced in any other hotel - she unapologetically said “well, this is France...”. We are not going to that hotel again - and sooner or later, tourists will start to expect more for their money - even if it is Paris. Retain all the things the world loves about France but adapt to a changing world.

  Lovely quirky hotel

  A quirky but lovely hotel on the river opposite Notre Dame Cathedral. Customer service is good, rooms quirky but comfortable and a nice breakfast served until 11am . An added bonus is the Metro right near the doorstep. Would definitely recommend
