    Case MOUSE! First when arriving to the room, we could smell very moist odor in the room. Then we realised that the floor is crooked: there was about 5cm slit under the door! Went to sleep but put an extra towel to block the slit.After one night we saw A MOUSE in the room! Told the staff. They were sorry, and offered us another room. Went to see the other room, there was very strong odor, not normal clean, fresh. Walked around the room to see if it is any good, found MOUSE POOP on the floor!! That was enough. Made a new booking and change the hotel at night. Been in Paris over six times and never seen a mouse in a hotel room. It says it’s 3-star hotel, but the mouse, dusty carpet, wet odor, crooky floor, made it a 0 star hotel! Don’t let the nice picture on their Instagram or Booking.com fool you!!!! Also, no hairdryer, no electric kettle/coffee maschine… Awful experience.

    Excellent traditional Parisian hotel with it's own courtyard and the friendliest staff ever. Would highly recommend. Great value with a location accessible to all amenities, such as shops, restaurants, trains, underground and supermarkets. I would recommend the breakfast option which you can have inside or outside on the courtyard. An old hotel with character and a high level of cleanliness. No lift though, but staff will help you to carry cases up the stairs.

    I had a lovely stay with my boyfriend at Nouvel hotel. The staff is very warm and welcoming and always there for anything you need. Good location and great restaurants around! I definitely recommend this place

    We stayed here for a weekend city break and would highly recommend. Extremely welcoming and helpful staff, and only a 2 min walk from Nation metro station. The room wasn’t huge and we could sometimes hear the people in the room next to us - but in an older building this is to be expected and we felt added to the charm! A great selection of amenities and restaurants are nearby. If you want a luxurious 5* hotel with a spa this isn’t it, but if you want a wonderful base with plenty of charm go for it! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Paris.

    Perfect stay! It’s a cute little hotel, has all you’d need for a couple day’s stay in Paris. Bed was comfy and the decor is very special. Would definitely return to this hotel in a future visit to the city :)
