    Stayed here 1 night in this old, but renovated hotel. Renovated in such a sense that only the reception and restaurant are done, but they forgot the rooms. The rooms are still in an old state and need a renovation as well.Breakfast is very good though, which is the only meal I had here.

    A decent hotel which provided most of what a hotel should provide. Service was alright but not entirely great for me.However, kudos to the restaurant hall staff, the waiters and waitress really left a good impression and were very patient to English speaking guests. Good job!

    Great Hotel with really outdated rooms

    Ok hotel just outside Paris. We stayed here on our drive back from Spain. The lobby, restaurant and pool area are very impressive and spectacular. However, the rooms are incredibly dated and were pretty basic in all honesty. Staff were incredible friendly and could not help us enough. My only other minor criticism was for a one night stay, they took a 300e deposit off us which took nearly 10 days to refund. Which was excessive given we told them we had no plans to eat in the restaurant. It looks like the hotel have just recently installed some EV charge points for cars, these were not in use during our stay.

    We spent two nights here for a visit to a nearby event. Based on the first night, a Friday, I would have given 4 stars as the room was comfortable and the meal we had in the evening was tasty and the service good. Breakfast was also good the Saturday morning with sausage, bacon and eggs available plus the usual range of cold foods. The front of house staff were also friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we ate again in the restaurant the second night after a long day out and this time our food sat on the pass for at least 7 minutes getting cold and we were just about to go and get it ourselves when the waitress appeared and served us. We didn't get a chance to ask for ketchup and mayonnaise before she was gone again and it was another few minutes before we could. It then took at least another 5 minutes before this arrived, by which time we were half way through our food. To top this, we were given mustard instead of mayonnaise. When I pointed this out when the plates were eventually collected there was no apology. Breakfast the next morning was also disappointing. The hot drink machine didn't work and the staff were unable to fix this. The eggs and bacon also took a noticably long time to be replenished once they had run out to the point we passed on the bacon this time. All little things, but added together spoiled the experience for us. Based on the experiences of our second night I would only give 2 stars, hence the overall 3 star rating.

    Nothing like the pictures they advertise….

    When i arrived, after a long flight and journey from the airport, i was told “we don’t have your booking”, after we sorted that out I went to my room, 281. Well seeing the room, run down, old and worn I can only assume, they didn’t have my booking registered but as I had the confirmation they then had to allocate a room, one which was a back up in case of these situations. It was clean enough, but doesn’t look like it’s used often now. Old fashioned, Dust on table, fridge switched off, phone not connected.I wouldn’t recommend based on the room I had, which going by their pictures was nothing like they advertised. I don’t see a single picture with teal green on the wood chip wallpaper … I have had this hotel removed from the company’s travel system based on my stay.
