This hotel is located half-way between Paris and Disneyland, some 5 min from the RER network and access to the A4 motorway. It is a 30-minute drive to the centre of Paris and to Disneyland. The centre of Noisy-le-Grand is around 3 km away. Roissy - Charles de Gaulle Airport is some 30 km away and it is around 25 km to Paris - Orly Airport.

    Stolen at Reception – No Help at All.

    I stayed at this hotel during a school trip from Greece. My bag was stolen from the reception area during the night, and the night receptionist was completely indifferent.He showed no concern, no urgency, and made no real effort to help. His attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, which made an already serious situation even worse.I felt unsafe and unsupported.I do not recommend this hotel.

    A Horrible Experience with the Hotel Management!

    A horrible experience with the hotel management. They refused refund amid the protests that took in France earlier this month. I have contacted the chain, the hotel, and they kept ignoring me.The manager, William, sent an email last week promising to provide an update. For a whole week, I did not receive anything though I have been sending many emails and call daily.One hour ago, William sent an email claiming that my arrival was after the protests have taken place, and that NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED WHATSOEVER. It took him one whole week to say that, and told me that the front desk employee did not feel comfortable when she took my case. That employee yelled at me last week while I asked for a refund and kept cutting me off. Not surprisingly, nothing has been done.I am still requesting my refund to be back. I do not recommend staying at this hotel under any circumstances!

    Great Hotel with good facilities and friendly staff

    After much searching we decided on staying here for our trip to Disney. It was affordable and yet offered clean and comfortable accommodation. There was plenty of parking at a reasonable price, good breakfast and the rooms were what I would expect of a four star hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful especially the bar staff. I would say 10:30PM is early for the bar to close. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to the RER station and trains run every 15 minutes with an 18 minute journey to Disney. We would definitely return here.

    The rooms are nice with very comfortable beds. We had 2 rooms and we were accommodated on the same floor which was convenient. Iliana from the front desk had arranged this for us we were very happy with her good service. The breakfast available time (until 10) is a little on the short side but was okay.

    We've stayed in many Novotels but this is definitely the worst. Rooms are basic and ours had a slight smell of smoke. For some reason neither room in our party was cleaned though we were out all day. Breakfast was basic and completely unattended. Staff seemed mostly disinterested. On the plus side the rooms were at least clean but need refurbishment. We chose this hotel because of the pool but it was really dirty and sad. Overall, very poor.
