  Booked knowing where the hotel was located, we were a group of 6 and felt comfortable in the area. There are lots of restaurants and options close by, we felt safe and no issues walking around and the metro is near so we had no issues getting into Central Paris.We arrived at 1:30 and was given our rooms which was great, helpful and friendly staff and given 3 keycards. Our room was on the 4th floor and was of good size, some of the USB ports didn't work and could do with plugs near the mirror. The fridge was handy and draws and hanging space for clothes!The shower was a lovely big rain-shower, there was shampoo and shower-gel in the shower and nice and big bathroom.The wifi was good and worked well on all devices, the safe was great and easy code based safe.We didn't use the bar or have breakfast so can't comment, but all looked nice and busy at times.We didn't have any issues with noise and check out we were able to leave our bags and collect them later on a night flight back.All in all a good stay and would recommend.

  The hotel is fairly new and rooms were quite nice and average size though the bathroom is half out in the room. The breakfast was included and was quite acceptable. Location was a problem. Metro station was right at the front door of the hotel so very convenient. But it is in a doubtful part of Paris in the African area. Streets were filthy , lots of homeless, tents and beggars. The hotel is nowhere near the centre of Paris or the sights, and definitely not walkable . The ladies in our group felt very uncomfortable going out at night. But there were lots of restaurants nearby of all standards with some interesting food offerings, but generally a very drinking crowd.Our problem with the hotel was the staff. Almost no-one wears a uniform so it was difficult to know who to talk to. There seemed to be a lot of people standing around but service was minimal. The barman - Krishna ??? - was great but when he was on day off the young lady in the bar was very uncommunicative to the pint of rudeness. She obviously did not want to serve us and did not know her product - she did not know a gin and tonic - one of the basic drinks. And spent most of her time avoiding the guests. As did another man in the bar. We waited for 15 minutes to be served while he chatted to someone else - maybe a staff member - across the bar and looked at his phone.***** We booked two rooms and stayed for 5 nights but when we left not one staff person even said goodbye much less thank you.

  The hotel is located on a main road close to bus and metro, supermarkets, restaurants and markets. The room was quiet and clean, with all amenities functioning as described. The staff were professional and accomodating.

  Convenient location near metro station, also easily accessible by taxi from Gare du Nord. Staff was very friendly and helpful, nice welcome. Room was well appointed and modern, with great bathroom an rainfall shower. Appreciated the room service (via app) and the quality of breakfast.

  Nice room but temp in room was too warm and they were never able to regulate it so sleep was rough for me. Noisy street. Best to get a high floor room if sound is a sleep deal breaker. Great staff. The location is far from city center. Metro available across the street. China Town near by.
