The hotel is situated just a short metro ride from the capital's historic centre, 30 min from the two international airports (Paris - Orly and Roissy - Charles de Gaulle), in close proximity to the ‘Gare du Nord’ and conveniently located at a point where several major motorways meet (Ringroad, A1 and A3).

Facility

The hotel has 7 suites and 602 double rooms, which are located on 18 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Rooms

    Stayed at Novotel Paris Est recently. The hotel really needs to refresh and renovate its rooms, as they feel quite outdated. Unfortunately, many of the room facilities were not working properly, including the air conditioning, refrigerator, plumbing system, and several other amenities.The only positive aspects of this hotel were the helpful service team, who genuinely tried their best to assist whenever possible, and the pleasant lobby ambience.

    My parents had a one night stay at this hotel recently. I’m writing this review on their behalf which I think tourists must know. Discriminatory attitude towards Indians (including separate meal timings!). I don’t know how this hotel survives with such policies in 2026. This was the only time my parents felt unwelcome during their Europe trip. I believe the unfriendly hotel staff need a lesson in hospitality and basic manners, especially being under the renowned Accor umbrella. Avoid this hotel.

    A fantastic experience to test your resilience

    We did not choose this hotel on purpose and we do not know we will have such a great experience to test our resilience! Trophy begins at the entry as the entry of all kinds of vehicles are forbidden and you start stay bu carrying your bag to lobby. If you arrive lobby, your mission is to check in while super unhelpful (!) personel do everything to stop you. You will have a priceless climbing experiencse with the elevator which are continiously shaking and trembling. The room is a real challenge; windows are sealed; AC is the only air source when you fight aganist the dust on the rugs. Bathroom dirts will boost your immune system. Restaurant experience is a once in a life time opportunity. To sum up, this was by far the worst hotel experience that I ever has

    we come as a group who order 11 rooms and 4 of the room air conditioning is broken.. call the technician 4 times and did not work. try to change the room , but the room is full and yet to find another group of tour having the same problem with air conditioning and hot water.turns out the hotel itself having a problem with the ac and hot water. Novotel paris est ,please go get urself up and get maintenance or something ASAPthe worst novotel i have ever stay as an accor platinum.
