    A Great Choice in Central Paris

    We stayed at Novotel Paris Les Halles and had a very positive experience.The hotel’s location is excellent, perfect for exploring Paris on foot and with easy access to public transportation. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but they did not affect our experience during the stay.We would like to highlight the care from the very beginning: we received a very thoughtful confirmation email from Ms. Gabryelle, which already showed a high level of attention to guests.During the first few days, we had a few minor issues, but they were promptly resolved by the hotel team. We would especially like to thank the Guest Relations Manager, Mr. Fabrice, for his efficiency and attention in handling our concerns.We highly recommend the hotel, especially for its prime location and the quality of its customer service.     Stay away. Hotel is under heavy renovation. Hallways are striped bare. Fixtures missing all over the hotel. Water machine on 1st floor covered in dirt. Our room overlooks a roof covered in garbage. Not to mention the area. Very seedy. Not for families. Extremely disappointed in the overall quality and experience.     Great location and a great hotel. Rooms were large for what you usually get in Paris. Nice and comfortable and light. Close to local restaurants and bars. I would definitely stop at this hotel again if I ever go back to Paris.
