    Horrific restaurant experience

    This review is specifically about the restaurant, Greem. I came in the evening with my three children and was greeted by a rude waiter who was manning the entire restaurant by himself. After being seated in a far corner of the restaurant away from the main seating area, the waiter didn’t take any order for more than 30 minutes. I sat there at 9.45 pm at night with my 3 children, including a 7 year old, with nothing to drink. He passed by a dozen times but avoided eye contact entirely and never took down a drink or food order. No other reason than what felt like targeted racism as I am a minority. I left in absolute frustration as everyone got served, ordered their food, received their checks, but I was deliberately passed over a dozen times. Extraordinarily rude service. Rooms and hotel are fine but absolutely avoid this restaurant!

    great staff Clean 2 major issuesDeposit I prepaid non refundable hotel stay and when I go there I was told I had to leave 400 Euros deposit that would be released after ten days after my stay. I’m well travelled and this never happened to me before. I need my credit card abroad and this was insane. Plus I was never told I had to do thisVentilation If you are there in winter there is no AC. so you have to open the window or suffocate. At night my kids couldn’t sleep from all the loud noises in the street so it was horrible when I asked they said there is nothing they can doAlso no forewarning of this

    Well, safe to say I will not visit Paris again.Arrived at 11pm and my son wasn’t on the booking ( all done as a package so not sure why ) Told there was a pull out bed, €180 deposit on the room upon arrival. Then to have it refunded minus city tax that was about £45gbp. Get into our room…. A Sanitary towel was in pull out bed along with a McDonald’s chip. ( I was horrified)I went to reception and they moved us to another room, No water in the room( fridge ) , which there was in the first room, replenished the next day but nothing the day after that.Bugs in the sink every day that I had to wash away, broken light in bathroom, maids cloth left in the room. Shower pressure awful. Wasn’t allowed extra pillows and the reception man let us have another towel as there were only 2 in the room but no extra pillows as they were small square ones. On our last night, my son and I were bitten to shreds by god knows what. Bed bugs ? Mosquitos ? Just was an awful ordeal, hotel didn’t give a damn and with them having hold of €180 I was afraid that they’d come up with a reason to keep it. Don’t be fooled by the beautiful outside area and the restaurant and bar. Real shame as I love to travel and it’s put me off going to any countries in future. After getting home and it’s 3 weeks later I’m still annoying by the hotel , I’m left with life long scars from the bites.

    I would like to clarify that I have no financial or other affiliations with Novotel hotels. With that established, I must express my admiration for this establishment. It offers a five-star experience at a four-star price.The hotel boasts an excellent location, featuring a spacious king-size bed for maximum comfort. It is conveniently close to quality supermarkets and a coffee shop, and only a two-minute walk from Metro Line 8.I had an exceptional experience with the reception staff. Mr. Simon and Mr. Ahmed stood out for their remarkable cooperation, impeccable ethics, genuine kindness, and impressive efficiency. Their dedication to outstanding service made my stay incredibly enjoyable and stress-free. They are true assets to the hotel and set a high standard for hospitality.Additionally, I wish to express my gratitude to Mr. Asaad and Mr. Ahmed from the maintenance department for their exceptional assistance in connecting my mobile device to the room's TV.My stay at the hotel was absolutely fabulous. The staff is truly wonderful and accommodating. This is the only hotel I will be staying at in Paris in the future. The location is also perfect. Thank you for the great experience.

    Came here last year and didn't have a pleasant stay. The rooms felt outdated and unclean with marks on the floor and open cables. Beds were uncomfortable and the bathroom light did not work either. Only plus is that it is next to a station and the reception staff were polite.
