    Checked into Novotel Poissy Orgeval for a 6 day stay with activities in Orgeval as well as in Paris. The hotel is okay however somewhat pricy for what you get. The hotel is dated and it’s visible, and I am not impressed with the overall quality of the rooms nor common areas. What Novotel Orgeval does have is charm, and my experience with the staff, as well as service levels, were good. English works most of the time, and the staff goes out of their way to make it work. One particular challenge for us was that they had little understanding, and no offering, for gluten free food, which represents a problem for a family with a member with celiac disease.The hotel is super sentral for activities in Poissy and Orgeval, however, the trek into Paris is cumbersome and takes a long time. The location of the hotel is not very good with regards to different food options, however, there are good alternatives typically a short drive away.Charming stay, medium hotel experience, but enjoyed it.

    Stayed in hotel in Summer 2023 during an Europe tour. Very friendly staff clean rooms and bathrooms.Had only the breakfast and it was Also very nice.The staff was very helpful and courteous. Communication was bit difficult because staff understood limited english. But could manage.Had a pleasant stay.Highly recommended.

    Depressingly sad hotel, avoid.

    This hotel is just sad. Rooms are in a miserable low-grade decor that is not even to the same standards as IKEA. The general decor of the hotel looks it was last touched in the 1980s. The high security entrance to the car park does not give a strong confidence in the safety of the area. The room was so miserable I actually left the hotel and checked into somewhere else nearby, which was both cheaper and much, much better. Overall this hotel is a depressing experience that needs a serious face lift and investment. Go elsewhere.

    Hi,I’m currently staying at this hotel and am supposed To leave today. I booked it to enjoy the swimming pool but all day long there are kids shouting at the pool and preventing adults from relaxing. No one has ever asked them to shut up. Same thing when I tried to sleep, kids never stopped shouting until midnight.There are plenty of French oriental families that come with loads of kids and just leave them do whatever they want. The room is fine but the hotel looks old. The employees are absolutely lovely though, that’s the only upside.Hôtel Mercure is much better for the same price from what I saw.Very disappointing then as I did not enjoy the pool whereas I booked this hotel because they have one.

    Big shoutout to the staff who was kind enough to help me find a Tesla charger. Had a quick stop with a excellent tasting coffee on their nice garden terrace served with a kind smile. Great customer service!
