    Comfortable, pleasant stay

    My 12-year-old son and I stayed at this hotel for three nights, as he had a competition in a nearby village, and it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.The room was spacious, with a simple, but pleasant decor, tidy, clean and with a balcony overlooking the beautiful countryside.The breakfast was served in a peaceful veranda overlooking the garden and it was ver good. We particularly appreciated the freshly cooked eggs, the fresk milk, the confitures and the fresh fruit. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good too.The staff was kind and helpful even at busier times.Transportation was made easy and comfortable by Uber cars, which always arrived within minutes.We really loved it and we would definitely recommend it.

    Good basic hotel for business reasons unless you are a golf player. Not a place for tourists.

    Nice hotel in the countryside near a golf course. Rooms are standard and comfortable. Both room and bathroom are hygienic and well maintained. The hotel is quiet and has a garden and a swimming pool. There is a space for bar services and a restaurant offering a basic menu. Quality is basic but good. The staff is friendly but limited to French language.

    I've been here in total 3 times and after my first stay I liked it as it is on the golf course. So, I told the manager that I would return for my second stay of 4 nights. He promised me an upgraded room, which I didn't get. The third stay was already booked so I came back for that as well with again a promise of an upgrade as compensation. Also that didn't work either. I already mentioned this to the internal Novotel feedback and just got back a standard sorry. After checking my creditcard statement I saw that they even deducted the bill of my second stay twice.So, that made me decide not to come back here.     The hotel has spacious, very spartan rooms without any 4-star touches. The dinner served in the room was good, the service very courteous, good also the organisation in time of COVID. Convenient parking and pleasant large balconies. I think it deserves a little more care and renovation.     Only if you like unprofessional and disrespectful staff

    Disrespectful and not professional staff, do not call reception for information or room service, the person will offer no help and hang up on you! Found hairs and nails in the bathroom, also, cleaning ladies do not properly wear the mask. No compensation offered for this poor experience.
