  Hotel Oh La La! Convenient between Paris train stations but very busy and unclean area of the city.

  If you like vibrant city life (lots of cafes and bars at night) and want the convenience of being between two major train stations (Nord and Lyon) this could be a good place to stay. Although we had a nice view of La Bastille, the stairs were tighter and a lot more than other places we've stayed in Paris. Also, the view from our window included trash cans and dumpsters. Didn't feel totally safe at night but if you like night life, you might not mind...

  Great value hotel in a fabulous area

  Stayed at the Oh La La for 3 nights. Was a terrific stay. Staff are super friendly and welcoming and always went the extra bit to help. Hotel is beside the Metro which connected you all around the city. Restaurants everywhere of a high standard and lots of buzzy cocktail bars and good shopping. Cocktail bar was welcome at the end of a long day and although there were lots of stairs, we all came away fitter! Will return.   This small cozy hotel was perfectly located within walking distance to the Marais and the Metro. Lovely atmosphere and nice rooms with a view of Bastille Square.
