    This property is a true gem. The location is excellent, and the design and decor are stunning, blending style, character, and comfort beautifully. Every corner feels carefully curated and effortlessly cool.The linen bedding deserves a special mention. The sheets were incredibly soft and comfortable, making for some of the best sleep I've had while traveling.     When eco friendly ruins the experience

    While I appreciate their eco efforts it is to the detriment of guests. I don’t want to have to always leave my room to get water or a cup of tea. I want a fridge! They don’t supply hair conditioner. That was an actual WTF moment. And this is NOT a hotel for business travellers. The room was tiny. And the desk was a fold down shelf that pups barely fit a laptop, a screen and your mouse pad. Not to mention that to sit at it blocked all access to the bathroom and toilet. The location is convenient. The lounge access is good.     Nice for a weekend break

    The hotel is nice and clean with good access to stations.     We enjoyed our stay very much at OKKO. The location of the hotel is fantastic. The Metro is very close by and there's a plenty within walking distance. The staff are particularly friendly.     I would like to once again express my heartfelt thanks for the help provided by your staff, both in obtaining a BIGBUS ticket that had already been ordered and paid for but for which no confirmation for use on the following day had yet been received, and in handling the complaint and reimbursement request regarding unjustified penalties imposed by a RATP inspector, including translation, preparation, and submission to the RATP complaints office. This went far beyond normal service. Die Hilfe durch ihre Mitarbeiter sowohl bei der Beschaffung eines BIGBUS Tickets, dass bereits geordert und bezahlt war, aber noch keine Bestätigung für die Nutzung am nächsten Tag vorlag. Als auch bei der Beschwerde und Rückforderung von unberechtigten Strafen durch einen RATP-Kontrolleur sowohl durch Übersetzung, Aufarbeitung und Versendung an die Beschwerdestelle der RATP noch einmal herzlichen Dank.
