    Overall, the customer experience was not that great and can be improved. The breakfast was not good and very less options. The AC in the room was not working. There was NO drinking water bottle in the room.     A 4 stars hotel without A/C

    We spent a terrible night in this hotel not capable of providing a working A/C. It qualifies itself as a 4 stars but this is a complete joke. Albert NESME, Directeur général at OKKO HOTELS Paris Rueil-Malmaison, responded to this review Cher Monsieur,3 chambres proposées, 1 surclassement offert, 1/5 sur google, 1/10 sur booking, 1/10 sur le questionnaire interne, maintenant 1/5 sur tripadvisor, en français et en anglais pour sans doute essayer de toucher un maximum de personnes susceptibles de vouloir réserver chez nous, c'est presque de l'acharnement qu'on aurait presque pu comprendre si il faisait des températures caniculaires dignes d'un mois d'aout, mais nous sommes encore qu'en avril avec des températures maximum de 25 degrés. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre séjour n'ait pas été du tout à la hauteur de vos attentes. Et donc pour la 5 ème fois (puisque nous vous l'avions dit également sur place), nous allons vous réexpliquer le fonctionnement de notre hôtel qui est soit en mode chauffage, soit en mode été. Il y a donc 2 ou 3 semaines en automne et au printemps où les écarts de température peuvent poser problème. Nous assumons en tout cas notre choix de ne passer en mode été, et donc climatisation, qu'à partir de la mi-mai et encore plus quand nous voyons les températures de la semaine prochaine qui chutent d'une dizaine de degrés.     Nice stay during a business trip

    Although I loved my stay with all my heart I must admit that a standard room would’ve been not all that comfortable for more than 1 person. I missed a lot a proper closet and a fridge, and I would have appreciated having a mop or something similar to use on the bathroom floor as Italian shower, which I also liked, happens to have water all over the bathroom’s floor after showering and foot towel alone does not help that much. The desk in the room is useful, but even with my 160cm height it’s too low for working on computer, unfortunately. Given my 3 nights stay I enjoyed breakfast a lot for it’s variety as I had something different each morning (that’s my choice, the offer didn’t change) and it all was fresh and delicious. I didn’t use a train this time, but the hotel is absolutely close to the train station which is very convenient.     I would not recommend to stay there

    The location is great, really accessible from train station. The Service provided by the cleaning staff, excellent: Spotless.The room though did not have any air-conditioning, when multiple people complained, they lied and told us they had fixed it... nothing had happened.The so called "available snacks" is mostly a coffee machine and a cookie (which is not present in your own room so you have to go there to get it.The food at the hotel is even bad, i would highly recommend you not to eat there. Only the salad is a good choice, the rest comes out the refrigerator.The service at the bar, highly incompetent - not trained at all. Most run without senior staff present.The rooms are very small, you barely can walk without bumping into anything.The are no real amenities. The so called Gym, is just a 2 machines and some weights. We would like to respectfully clarify that operational matters such as air conditioning systems are managed internally by hotel management, and not by external authorities. Concerning the in-room amenities, each room is equipped with a Nescafé coffee machine located in the cupboard. Additionally, on the second floor, we provide complimentary snacks including biscuits, fruits, and a selection of juices, which are not commonly available in all hotels.We are sorry to hear that the breakfast, food options, and service speed did not meet your expectations. Please rest assured that your comments have been shared with the relevant teams so we can improve these aspects of our service.We were also surprised to learn of your dissatisfaction only after your departure, especially as you have stayed with us before.     A very good experience with Anthony on the reception desk- he went beyond the call of duty to help me with some printing and hair conditioner. The room was cosy and ideal for a single traveller. Comfortable bed and ample hot water! Enjoyed an espresso in the morning in my room!
