  Great hotel

  Great hotel, ideal for Gare Lyon. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Our room was on the top floor, massive bed, good air conditioning, spacious room and very comfortable and clean.   Unkind and unaccommodating

  Bad weather caused cancellations of flights and trains across Northern Europe in the first week of January 2026, requiring me to rebook my entire trip. The Palym was the ONLY hotel that would not rebook to a later date. My hotels in Amsterdam and Milan kindly understood the circumstances beyond my control and rebooked me to later dates. Not this place. At the Palym, I was meet with rudeness and obstinance. So, in a situation that was beyond my control, the Palym chose to exploit the circumstances and steal the €114. No integrity.   To my come back in France I choose Palym

  I stayed one night after a long to travel from Colombia to France. The hotel is freshly renovated. The room was a bit smaller as I had two luggage but for the time I was staying that was fine. The staff is very nice and the room was clean and modern. The hotel is very very close from Gare de Lyon station you can see it from the hotel. I recommend it.   We stayed one night here en route to Italy. Getting the RER from Gare de Nord to Gare de Lyon was very simple even with luggage and the hotel was close enough to walk. The hotel itself is very small and room was small but this is normal for Paris.It’s relatively close to a whole bunch of restaurants and easy to negotiate the city.
