    Charming

    rating26 May 2026

A perfect little hotel in the Latin Quarter. Our room was spotless and efficient and comfortable cool on a record hot day. But the real star of the stay was the staff - especially Elise at the front desk. I hope I'm spelling her name correctly, because she is a wonderful human being! Hidden gem in Latin Quartier

    rating13 May 2026

We chose this hotel because it had (rare find) communicating double rooms for my husband and I in one, and our kids in the other. We ended up loving this hotel because of the staff - super friendly, spoke English, while graciously allowing our attempts at French. Proactive about everything. Hotel is in a great location and also nice and quiet, conducive for sleeping. Clean, safe, checks all the boxes. Yohan Benhamou, Directeur général at Paris Art Hotel Quartier Latin by Malone, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you very much for your wonderful 4 out of 5 rating and for describing our hotel as a "hidden gem" in the Latin Quarter. We understand that coordinating accommodations for a family can be a challenge, so we are delighted that our interconnecting double rooms provided the perfect balance of space and comfort for you and your children. While we are pleased that our quiet, secure location met all your expectations, it is your praise for our team that truly rewards our efforts. Our staff takes great pleasure in delivering proactive and attentive service, and it was an absolute pleasure assisting your family. We particularly appreciate your kind words regarding their patience and encouragement with your French as creating these warm, genuine connections is at the very heart of our hospitality. It was a privilege to host your family during your time in Paris. We look forward to welcoming you all back to the Latin Quarter on your next visit to the city.Best regards,RobinFront desk Supervisor

    Nice but so tiny!

    rating26 Apr 2026

This is my first stay in Paris so maybe this is just normal but this room was really small and the bathroom even smaller. I had booked the upgraded room size, thinking that maybe it would be a little larger but sadly this was not the case. No fridge in the room is another disappointment but again, maybe thats just normal in Paris? Either way, the people were nice, the area around the hotel is fantastic! You can walk to everything, the metro line 10 is super close, there are nice restaurants and grocery stores very nearby. If you don't mind a small space and no ability to keep things cold (the staff does let you keep things in the hotel fridge but thats just more of a hassle than anything), absolutely give them a shot! Yohan Benhamou, Directeur général at Paris Art Hotel Quartier Latin by Malone, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you so much for your honest and detailed review of your first stay in Paris. We are absolutely happy that you loved the neighborhood and found our location near Metro Line 10 so convenient for exploring the city! However, we want to sincerely apologize that the room and bathroom sizes did not meet your expectations. We truly understand how tight the space can feel, especially when you have specifically booked an upgrade hoping for a larger room. We are sorry for any discomfort or disappointment this caused you during your first Parisian experience. We try to optimize space inside the rooms as much as possible given the historical character of your building and we will be pleased for your next stay if we can let your discover our upper room category. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the fridge. While we are always happy to share our team's fridge with you, we understand it is not the same as having that private convenience in your own space. We keep preciously this review for further improvements and offering better hospitality experience. It was a pleasure having you with us, and we are so glad our staff could assist you during your trip. We hope that the magic of the city and the great restaurants nearby made your stay a memorable first visit to France!Best regards,RobinFront desk Supervisor
