Location

Just 10 minutes from Chatelet, this hotel is located at the foot of the Marais. By metro, guests are 15 minutes from the Champs Élysées, 10 minutes from the Place de l'Opera and 10 minutes from the Bastille. The hotel is located in the heart of Republic, a very vibrant area with many bars and restaurants. It is just 3 stops from Gare Du Nord which offers many bus stops and metro lines to take guests to any part of Paris. Charles de Gaulle Airport and Orly Airport are both about 30 km away.

The hotel has 10 single rooms and 26 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock.     Not worth the stay! Avoid!

    Even though the hotel was a good price. The staff being friendly, good location to where you needed to go, clean towels provided and bed made.However.....The hotel was not like the photos. We were neglected in knowing about a construction that was being done to the hotel.Our room was so hot, even after turning the heating off and with a fan and windows open, it still felt like an oven. The carpet was so bad, you could see the thick dust under the radiator.There isn't enough room to hold your luggage.When plugging things in and out, I was not expecting the socket to come out with me.The bathroom, where do you even start on that. It felt claustrophobic for one. The lighting was poor especially with only one working light. There was an obscene amount of mould that made us feel ill. There was sellotape on one of the pipes in the bathroom. Pretty sure that is not safe.The room had a strong smell of cigarettes.We were near the top of the hotel and needed to use the lift. The lift was so small, not even sure how 3 people can "allegedly" fit in there, not to mention how it wasn't working on multiple times.At times, there were other guests, who were not considerate in noise levels

    Rooms are tiny. A bathroom shower can barely fit an adult. No elevator to the fifth floor. Rude front desk employees. No guests allowed.

    Staff was excellent. Truly kind and helpful. The only thing I would change is the tub. Very small and difficult to get in and out of with arthritis. Housekeeping staff took great care of us. Did not need cleaning but kept us supplied with water and toilet paper.

    RUDE! Look elsewhere!

    I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy! The staff member on check in was extremely rude! We had no tea/coffee even though there was a jug, cups and sugar in the room. No soap or hand towel to wipe hands on after being to the toilet. Pillows were rock hard. When it came to having a shower in the morning, the water was cold. I went to reception and notified the same rude staff member to which her reply was “you must have used your limit”! There was only a 5 minute shower had! Wasn’t aware there were limits! I told her to come to the room and check for herself to which she told me the water was hot. It certainly wasn’t! She got a cleaner up to check and she agreed with me that the water was cold! Rude mate soon back tracked. We were moved to a different room in the end. Would never stay here again!

    Probably the dirtiest hours hotel I’ve ever stayed at. This is my fourth time in Paris and I can’t believe these people stay in business. The bathroom had mold the door to the shower. It was broken. The floors had cracks. It was disgustingly unkept. We had class for tables every day. The floors in the room were dusty. But the worst part was the bathroom.
