    Poor Management

    rating11 Apr 2026

The hotel was nice and clean and most staff friendly. The manager was not. We traveled from the states and booked a room months in advance with them. This stay was for less than 12 hours (9pm-8am). We have 3 small children, one who sleeps with us on all our travels. One room with two beds is always plenty of space. Upon our arrival we checked in at the front desk and all seemed well and fine. As soon as we made it to the room the manager called our room to tell us we would be charged for two rooms since we had 5 “people” and not 4 or less-and the room would not be conjoining. This was not 5 adults or even 2 adults and 3 large children, but 2 adults and 3 small children that cannot stay in a room alone. A ridiculous cold decision by a manager to cash in on another room and splitting the family up. Anna NP, Guest Services / Front Office at Paris Marriott Charles de Gaulle Airport Hotel, responded to this review Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad to hear that you found the hotel clean and that most of our team made a positive impression. We are, however, very sorry to learn about your experience upon arrival and the frustration this situation caused your family, especially after a long journey. We completely understand how stressful this must have been, particularly when traveling with young children. Our room occupancy policies are based on fire safety regulations and maximum occupancy limits, which apply regardless of age. Unfortunately, in this case, the number of guests exceeded the permitted occupancy for the room type booked, which led to the decision that was communicated to you. We regret that this was not explained more clearly and with greater empathy at the time. That said, we sincerely apologize if our approach felt cold or inconsiderate. Creating a welcoming and understanding experience for families is very important to us, and your comments have been shared with our management team so we can improve how such situations are handled in the future. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with a more positive and accommodating stay.Kind regards,Hotel Management

    Not Worth the price

    rating01 Feb 2026

Well Adios Marriott CDG. for the past 10 years any time I have an overnight in CDG it was my hotel of choice. But last week I went, is going to be my last time. I think it was sold and the new owner is extremely Greedy. First now you have to pay 7 euro for the shuttle, than the room is very cold, they keep the heating at a maximum of 18c even when you choose 25c the air coming out is still around 18c. They have a regular plastic bottle in the room that you can fill with the filtered water in-house on every floor, the bottle does not cost more than ONE euro, they have a note saying if you want you can purchase the bottle for 25 euro, yes 25 euro with an extremely regular plastic bottle not even any logo on it. The breakfast is no longer as I knew it and it is now 29euro. Funny, when you are alone, you do not care about the extra sofa in the room, but they gave me an upgrade because i am a gold member and she was happy to tell me that i have now the room with the extra sofa, lady give me free breakfast and keep the extra sofa. And have you seen the price of the rooms, more expensive than Manhattan now. Sayonara Marriot CDG. Anna NP, Guest Services / Front Office at Paris Marriott Charles de Gaulle Airport Hotel, responded to this review Dear guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback, and we are truly sorry to read about your recent experience. We sincerely appreciate your loyalty over the past ten years, and we would like to clarify a few points regarding your stay.Regarding the shuttle, the service from the airport to the hotel is complimentary and operates on a first‑come, first‑served basis. The return shuttle to the airport is the only one that is charged, as it guarantees a reserved seat with a voucher. The cost is €5 for members and €7 for non‑members, and you were correctly charged the member rate of €5.For the temperature in your room, we are sorry to hear that you felt cold. If you had contacted us during your stay, our technician would have been happy to adjust it to your preferred level. Your comfort is very important to us, and we regret that we weren’t aware of the issue in time to assist you.Regarding the water bottle, it is actually made of glass, not plastic. We introduced this system to eliminate single‑use plastic bottles, and we installed water fountains on every floor, including a sparkling water option on the ground floor. The purchase option simply exists for guests who wish to keep the bottle, but it remains free to use during the stay.As for your room, as a valued Gold member, you were double‑upgraded to an Executive Prestige Room. All rooms in this category are equipped with a sofa bed, so the presence of a sofa is standard for this room type.We are truly sorry that this stay did not reflect the positive experiences you’ve had with us over the years. Your loyalty means a lot to us, and we genuinely hope you will give us another chance to welcome you back and provide you with the level of comfort and service you have always known. If there is anything we can do to restore your trust or assist you personally, please feel free to reach out, we would be more than happy to help.Kind regards,

Great Airport Hotel and Excellent Service! Merci!

    rating03 Dec 2025

We stayed here before our early morning flight from CDG, staff was excellent and so friendly, even at 5am when checking out for our flight. As a Bonvoy platinum member we were upgraded to an executive room which was spacious, modern and comfortable. We had a fairly good rate so that was noteworthy as hotels near CDG are often pricey. The hotel was quiet and well kept. We had a rental car and the front desk did not charge us for parking, much appreciated, not sure if it was comped or forgotten!? We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, we had boeuf bourguignon and it was excellent, sometimes food at airport hotels are just average, but here our dinner was delicious. It would be wonderful if the hotel had a concierge lounge or M Club, as a platinum elite member I love that amenity at full service properties. I would recommend the hotel to others and would return if flying out of CDG in the morning.

    Not convenient nor clean enough

    rating01 Dec 2025

The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from Terminal 2. The shuttle bus comes every 30 minutes and is not free. This is not an easy airport hotel in my opinion. Stay at the Sheraton if you want a better location for an overnight layover. The hotel is just ok. The rooms are not clean enough. One of our rooms stunk of urine and the other smelled faintly of urine and dirty air conditioning. The floor had lots of hair on it particularly in the bathroom. The shower is consistent with a 3 star hotel, but this is supposedly 4 stars. I am guessing because it has a restaurant, which was the best part of the hotel. The restaurant and breakfast were very decent. I would not choose this hotel again. Anna N, at Paris Marriott Charles de Gaulle Airport Hotel, responded to this review Dear guest,Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services.Regarding the shuttle service, we would like to clarify that the transfer from the airport to the hotel is complimentary on a first-come, first-served basis. For the return trip to the airport, we reserve a specific seat for you at a cost of €7, or €5 if you are a Marriott Bonvoy member. We are very sorry to hear about the condition of your rooms. This does not reflect our usual standards, and we take your comments seriously. Could you please provide us with more details about your stay, such as whether you contacted the front desk during your visit? We would have been happy to assist you immediately, either by addressing the issue or arranging a room change.Your positive remarks about our restaurant and breakfast are greatly appreciated, and we will share them with our team.We hope you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future. Please feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any further concerns.Kind regards,Front Desk
