  Me and my best friend stayed here for our celebration an requested a Eiffel view which was very kindly given our room was spotless , cosy and had amazing decor and the staff were so kind always. Local to the Eiffel Tower and know restaurants and cafes !   Little gem in heart of Paris

  A little gem in the best location. It is quiet and safe and there are some great shops around the area. Next door to a super little patisserie. 5 mins from metro station and 10 mins walk to Trocadero.We were lucky enough to be given a room on the 4th floor and we could see the Eiffel Tower if we leant out of our window. The room was compact but beautifully decorated with good amenities.Can’t comment on the breakfast as we used the takeaway service in the patisserie. The honest bar was very much appreciated. Staff super helpful. Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough - I don’t understand how it isn’t at least a 4* hotel.   My Cancer Diagnosis Didn’t Matter to This Hotel’s Policy

  It took me some time to write this email, but I feel it is important to share my experience so that future guests are fully aware of this hotel’s policies.Last December, between Christmas and New Year, I booked a weekend stay at this hotel and paid 100% of the cost in advance. About six weeks before the trip, I received the devastating diagnosis of a rare form of cancer. As a result, I had to undergo radiotherapy and was medically unable to travel.I contacted the hotel to explain my situation and asked whether a refund or any flexibility would be possible given the circumstances. Unfortunately, I was told their no-refund policy would be strictly enforced. I also asked whether I could reschedule for a later date during the low season, but this was not permitted either.The only option offered was transferring the reservation to someone else for the exact same dates. Finding friends or family who could travel on such short notice during that specific period proved very difficult. Despite my situation, the hotel then gave me a deadline to provide replacement names and stated that if I failed to do so, my reservation would be canceled without refund.At no point did I feel there was any empathy or willingness to consider exceptional circumstances.   Loved this hotel! Perfect!

  This hotel was beautiful and the perfect place to start our trip! The staff were so welcoming, helpful and gracious in speaking English for us. They were able to store our bags for the day after we checked out which was appreciated. The room was beautiful and well laid out, while it was small (compared to Australian rooms), there was enough room for the two of us to move comfortably and have two large suitcases laid out. The bathroom was modern and again we appreciated the large size of the shower and high shower head for my 6ft husband. The lobby has the cutest little sitting areas and sunroom.It was only a short 10min max walk to either Trocadéro or the Eiffel Tower, and 4min walk to Avenue de Camoens for great photos. The Passy Metro was 200m away and was brilliant easy access for getting around the city. The street is not too busy so we were able to get a taxi to and from with our luggage from out the front. Our only disappointment was not being able to stay longer!! We would 1000% come back and stay here again. Merci beaucoup Hotel Passy! PS. We did not get breakfast so can’t comment. But there is a gorgeous little bakery around the corner, Seraphine, delicious!   Nice accommodation in an upmarket residential area. Good breakfast with self service coffee and tea. Attractive early twentieth century furnishing and decoration style.
