Location

This residence is located around 30 minutes from Paris and 10 minutes from Disneyland. It is ideally located for business travellers and holidaymakers alike and offers good transport connections. Guests will find shops, restaurants and the Chateau de Ferrières in the immediate vicinity. Both Orly and Charles de Gaulle airports are around 35 km away.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 2 suites, 153 single rooms and 77 double rooms, which are located on 2 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The apartment hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The pool complex ensures comfortable swimming with its indoor and outdoor pools and pleasantly heated water. Children can enjoy a special swimming area just for them. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym, billiards and bowling. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

    This hotel unfortunately did disappoint. Firstly a kitchen area, no utensils not even a spoon! Coffee sachet not replenished, kettle was ok! Fridge was mouldy. Paint marks all over the carpets. Bathroom was average, toilet paper never replenished, ask at reception for more. Main bed fine, sofa bed not ideal quite a small space if your a family. There is a safe! Returned one evening our balcony door had been left open, receptionist said oh it’s from the maids. So be very careful leaving out valuables. The pool was nice enough although very slippery around it. The location was definitely a big issue for us, no easy links to anywhere, the shuttle they offer finishes from 8pm. Overall sadly it didn’t meet our expectations! Not the rating it states!

    I’ve just returned from a five-day stay at your hotel, which, unfortunately, was extremely disappointing—especially as it was booked to celebrate our 10-year anniversary.We chose this location due to its convenient and affordable access to Disney, and on arrival, we were genuinely impressed by the hotel’s beautiful aesthetic. The décor and overall presentation created a fantastic first impression. However, this was where the positives largely ended.Upon entering our executive room, we were immediately disappointed by how small and impractical it was. It felt completely unsuitable for a five-day stay, and we were left questioning how we would manage in such a confined space. While the room did include a small fridge and hob, there were no proper food or drink-making facilities provided.Hoping to improve our experience—particularly given the special occasion—we contacted reception to enquire about an upgrade. Unfortunately, this decision only made matters worse. The upgraded room was lacking even the most basic amenities. Aside from a kettle, there was no milk, sugar, tea, or coffee provided at all, which is something we would reasonably expect as a standard offering.The hotel’s location also proved to be highly inconvenient. Being situated on a roundabout on a main road, with very little nearby, made it feel isolated and limited our options throughout the stay.There were a couple of positives worth noting. The swimming pool was lovely, and the spa facilities were enjoyable, with treatments appearing reasonably priced. I paid £65 for a 20-minute back massage, which felt fair for the service provided.However, a major issue throughout our stay was the comfort of the room itself. It was consistently very stuffy, and the air conditioning was ineffective, making it difficult to relax—particularly at night.Overall, this stay did not meet expectations and was especially disappointing given the occasion it was meant to celebrate. I feel that the standard of the room, lack of basic amenities, and overall comfort fall well below what should be expected.     Family of 5 stayed in the connected room. 40 squared metre. Excellent choice. Hotel is exceptionally clean and very modern. Check in Check in was straight forward we paid for our rooms prior to arriving and only needed to pay for our city tax.Rooms Great sized room. We had our oldest next door in the connected rooms. The rooms were modern and clean and very aesthetically pleasing. Gym Small functional gym good for a quick workouts. Swimming pool Good size pool but no small pool that I felt comfortable to allow my 2 and 5 year old in it’s 155cm all through. Also children are only allowed In the pool on weekends. There was a sauna and steam room too I think but we didn’t use it. EntertainmentThe room has a bar in the main building. Lots of lounge areas including a kids corner with little machines you can use a slot coin in. There is a bowling alley onsite in the next building. There is also another bar which charged us €10 euro to enter but you got a free drink which works out well the cost of entry into the lounge was €3 cheaper than the drink I bought at the bar in the hotel lounge. Drinks were reasonably priced in my opinion €13 euros for a porn star Martini. (Thank you Dylan for your recommendations and suggestions when we drove to Paris) The breakfast was nice a midline between a continental and hot food. We didn’t eat at the Italian restaurant on site Looked nice. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. When we had an issue with the light in the room they were very responsive. Likewise when the hot water stopped working on one of our connecting rooms they were very responsive. My husband loved the hotel so much he is planning his next trip. Place looks so much better in person that the other traveller photos I saw. Only down side I would say is that your food options are limited. We ordered food on uber eats for variety. Made in chinas food small containers but very nice. Overall would definitely come again.     We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well organized.
