    Rude staff, poor service, bad food quality

    I always stay at this hotel because of work, It was 8 in the morning. I have called the reception to ask for water because I’ve had fever and i hurt my back on the flight, so I couldn’t come down to the reception, or for breakfast. The lady on the phone was very rude and said if I need water I can just come down and get it myself at extra charge. To keep in mind I always pay a lot for room service here and I don’t understand why such basic human need is met with such aggression especially when my back is hurting from bringing water to people each day on my flights Not to mention the food I ordered as room service was not cheap and was not good at all. When I asked to fix the ac because it was too cold during winter the staff at the reception was very rude as well, and not trying to understand at all, the technicians have to come and fix it three times.     No shuttle - despite advertising for a shuttle

    I recently stayed at the Pentahotel at CDG and was very disappointed with their misleading advertising about an airport shuttle. Both their own marketing materials on third party websites and signage at CDG indicate a shuttle service, yet upon arrival, I discovered that they no longer offer this service. Hotwire, where I booked my stay, also listed a shuttle, which added to the frustration. Instead, guests are required to take an Uber, which costs around 9 euros each way, making what should have been a convenient shuttle service an added and unexpected expense. We also went to the shuttle area, which wasted about 30 minutes. This lack of transparency caused unnecessary hassle, and I would recommend clarifying this in their listings to avoid misleading future guests. Upon arrival the staff was nice but we wasted like an hour and when we arrived other guests checking in had the same issue.     please don’t come to this hotel and have high expectations for the service. this hotel has horrendous customer service, and they were extremely rude and snarky. my group booked THREE rooms that were confirmed through a third party app, and when we arrived they claimed they were full. it is clear they gave away the rooms, in spite of us having made reservations for the penta hotel.     Standards have slipped Breakfast awful

    This was our 4th time staying at the Penta hotel overnight , we always chose penta as we found it good value good standards , so was disappointed this time , we ate in the restaurant on the evening we arrived which was OK not as good as past stays ... Breakfast was awful trays of cooked food eggs ,bacon sausages etc all stone COLD ,the bacon was uncooked and inedible, they was the usual array of cakes cold mears cheese etc all looked a little boring and nothing special!! ..staff seemed uninterested in fixing the problem!! And felt that we were just an inconvenience to them .!!!!... so sorry Penta hotel we won't be back ...     One bad bar tender spoiled entire stay

    The overall stay was good , The reception so helpful to check me in as early as possible after landing way before scheduled check in time.The only problem I had was 1 of the bar tender ( Nico) Most of the staff were great but this guy was the rudest bar keep I’ve ever met.
