Location

The hotel is situated on a quiet side street, within 15-minutes of the Pantheon, 35 km from Charles de Gaulle airport and 15 km from Orly airport. The hotel is within easy reach of bars and restaurants as well as Censier metro station. Gare d’Austerlitz station is around 1.5 km away. Sightseeing attraction such as Montparnasse or Notre Dame lie around 2 km away.

Facility

16 apartments are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Guests of the hotel are welcome to relax in the garden. Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Central heating ensures comfortable temperatures. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. Other amenities available include a washing machine and an ironing set. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a plug adapter and WiFi are provided as well. The bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and a telephone are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and 16 non-smoking rooms.

    Very good option for families or couples wanting a nice quiet accommodation option in the heart of the Mouffetard district. Close to numerous great restaurants and opens onto a pedestrian friendly walkway.     Nice apartment BUT loud construction next door!!!!

    A nice apartment that is big enough for a family of 4. States it’s in a quiet location - it is, some restaurants nearby but missing the hustle and bustle of other areas in Paris (like the 9th Arr.). HOWEVER, be warned there is major building construction happening in the adjoining block. We couldn’t be in our apartment during the day as there was loud vibrating jack hammering and other construction noises. It would’ve been helpful to know this prior to booking - we would’ve looked elsewhere. Construction is still a hole in the ground so I’m assuming this will be happening for 1-2 years. A shame as it is a nice apartment.     A nice apartment!

    We stayed here for 3 nights around American Thanksgiving. It was a lovely place and I appreciated the amount of room we had and having an apartment with a living room and full kitchen. One small thing is the shower was a bit dirty and smelled of mildew. The location of Pepper & Paper is also not the most central, so it was hard to come back during the day, and we only really were there at night time. Other than that though, it's a very cute and pleasant place to stay!     My second stay at Pepper & Paper! I love the location the most. On a quiet street directly across from a school, you can watch all the cute families showing up to drop off or pick up their children. A quick walk away is the charming and old Rue Mouffetard with so many delightful shops, restaurants and places to get a to-go crepe.Easy access to the Metro, walking distance to the Pantheon and Ste.Ettiene du Monta and also La Tuile a Loup where Ina Garten shops for kitchen and dining ceramics.My only complaint is that I was charged 100 Euros for a lost room key (when my purse was stolen).
