    Friendly people

Première Classe is a Hotel chain wich has a good report Price / Quality. But after all, they are stuck to the rules of the chain (Louvrehotels). Nevertheless, this Creil branch at Villers Saint Paul has really friendly people, who explain you pro active all kind of interesting points for your stay. If there is still something you need, just ask. I did so, and my stay was wrinkleless. Campanile Grill restaurant and a little park on site and Lidl verry close. You also can take a walk to the Oise river.

    Don’t do it!!!

    rating17 Aug 2018

We had an overnight stay here on the way back from our holiday. It was like stepping on to the set of “My Name Is Earl”!! Definitely not a hotel for families. Basic, noisy and dirty. The bathroom had cigarette burns around the plastic sink, the soap dish area was thick with dirty scum. The bed was full of bits, actually thought they were dead bugs but can’t be sure. The room doors open onto the outdoor walkway and this is accessible to anyone as a there is nothing to secure the hotel from being accessed by any passers by. Receptionist was rude and dealt with us like we were an inconvenience to her day. We had stayed in a different Premiere Classe on the way to our holiday which was also basic, which you’d expect from the price, but was way better than this one, cleaner and the staff were nicer too.Safe to say, we will never be staying here again!! My advice would be to pay more and have peace of mind and cleanliness!!

    DON'T GO HERE

    rating05 Jul 2018

I would recomend sleeping in the car rather then this place. Booking online said it was full(eventhough we checked before we went here) but at the hotel the automatic booking machine said there was free rooms, but for a higher price. The automatic check in crashed, so no info or reciept. Really small room. The room stank of perfume/cleaning. The bedding had holes in it. The air condition was not cold, it is just lika a small loud fan.The shower had no pressure, so almost impossible to shower. The beds under the really thin sheets were stained a lot. The room was not cleaned properly either, espescially the bathroom. At the emergency number no one spoke a word of english, why even have a booking in english if you can't provide english speaking service?

    Not good

    rating27 Jun 2018

Booked through hotels.com and the website said 24 hour reception only to find out after booking that you have to contact the hotel if you intend to arrive after 9pm. However, as I didn't book till after 9 it was impossible to contact the hotel. I arrived at 1.30 am car park was locked. Tried the automatic check in and the machine said it did not recognise my booking although it was there on the screen. I then had to pay again so that I could get a room key but was not given a receipt or a code to the car park. I the could not find the room number as there were no directions until I wandered round the back of the hotel. Finally at around 2.40am managed to get into the room. On a positive note the room was clean and comfortable and a most welcome shower after a very hot 700 mile drive. Would I try this hotel again probably not given the trouble gaining access
