  Scammed money, horrible receptionist horrible place, not safe for teens

  Terrible location, they charged me twice, once for room second for deposit they never return. They blame the bank with no receipt or proof money was sent. Tiny family room.   Beware of extra charges are a scam

  Scammers and rude staff, no brochure for excursions or local attractions. Paid in full and wqs scamed out of a further 200euro. Small family holiday, 1st the carpark is full, of men that seem to live in their cars, they stare at you arriving and leaving everyday, especially my teenager. Room door is outside building, very easy to break in. The single plastic key they give has a 150euro replacement charge!🤣🤣🤣🤣 these people are insane. I'm still requesting my money to be returned and still told couple days, it's been nearly 2months now, no record that they tried to return the money, it left my account very fast tho. Stay clear, there's something uncomfortable about the area, staff and carpark, its dark with little streetlights even in the carpark it's dark, and unavoidable to get to your room. I wouldn't like to be a drunk young girl returning back, its very dodgy, not for kids.   They don't return deposits, blame bank and are just trouble, stay closer to Paris pay extra, travel & hotel not worth it

  Stay clear. They charged for the full rate was paid on arrival, they asked for 150 of a bank card, they refused cash, so I used my card, the 150 still hasn't been returned, we are a small family, spent couple days sight seeing and the hotel is a scam. The vending machine took 20euro that wasn't returned either, 2weeks I'm waiting for refund, and emails they just keep saying it's my banks problem they sent the money. I had a feeling this would happen and was correct, I took a video of the room before leaving incase they try anything like this, I just knew they be shady. Very far from anything, the money spent on travel be same as staying in paris center, also taxi from airport to hotel was 45euro, Uber on return to airport was 11euro. Use Uber.   Was the worst hotel experience, it say clearly on the web page no fund be debited until the time of the booking unless you don't turn up within 2 hours but all lie they debited your account in the morning for booking for 19:00 pm . They pre-authorised 50% fund upward and when you turn up to the hotel you need to make the full payment again and they say they relist the pre-authorisation within 14 days, that mind you can't used your fund on your account. Was a family booking and reserved two room close to each other was given room on different floor ,especially when travelling with children was not okay, and the worst thing the room smell of sewage , the smell so bad so that you enable to sleep , and wifi doesn't work server down and when you report it to the reception , they can't do anything about all the issues. worst experience don't book this hotel.

  The worst ever! Cheated and stolen!

  I paid two rooms in this hotel and before reserving we asked how could we reach the hotel. They told us we could take the underground and it was really easy so we trusted them. Once arrived in Paris we noticed that the underground that would take us there was suspended from February and they didn't expect it to restart before the end of April. We were without a hotel at 22.00 and spent a lot to find another one in the last minute. We were really thinking that at least we could get a reimbursment for our paid rooms and the answer we got from them was "I am sorry nut we are not responsible for the pubnlic transport".Ok I could understand this...if they didn't tell me.that the hotel is easy to reach with the underground...if they are living in Paris and they know that the underground is not working! We were 4 persons that were literally cheated from them...they officially stole our money! We were suggested to take a taxi! In Paris back and fortg for 3 days with a taxi! Anyway..I wouldn't suggest this kind of service to anyone!
