  Hotel to escape!!

  For the first time I am very disappointed with a First Class hotel. In the first room the sheets were dirty, we changed rooms and in this one the towels were disgusting. The portal makes a monster noise when it suffers in the middle of the night and in the rooms we die of heat especially if we are 3. Well received but when we tell them that it's been 2 times that we change rooms and it's dirty the person smiles at us and says sorry. Hotel to escape!!!   Hello. We came me and my spouse to your hotel last night to rest before going back on the road in the morning already point negative sheet not half way I passed after I showered the bugs coming out of I don't know d or . And we fall asleep we get woken up with soulful mouths and cockroaches that it falls in our face. I was seen yelling at the poor receptionist who had nothing to do with us changed rooms at 11:45. We are charged 81 euros for this room I ask claim I leave you our phone at de mr. Thank you photos as attachments!!! We had room 7. Director who was supposed to arrive at 8:30 did not even deign to reply to my email a shame I would have slept better in my truck. The first receptionist not very nice but the 2nd niquel. Change housekeepers given the condition of the rooms they must not do big cleaning!!!   Basic but clean, with friendly and helpful staff,

  At first appearance the place is a bit run down; it’s cheap, so popular with workers etc., which can make it look a bit rough with work vans and bunches of lads mooching about outside but get past that and it’s absolutely fine. The rooms are small and basic but clean and the housekeeping staff maintain them to a surprisingly high standard in my experience. Yes, the shower tends to go everywhere but the bathroom is more like a little wet room, so wasn’t a problem for me. The rooms can get a bit stuffy and the rooms aren’t that well ventilated, short of wedging the door and window open. There’s a small bar with a couple of beers on draught and a few bottles as well. The staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There isn’t much of a food offer of an evening but they’ll knock you up a pizza which are actually quite nice. It has a nice little outdoor seating area which made for a very pleasant few pints of Affligem (try it!) after work.It’s very quiet of an evening and I wasn’t disturbed at night at all for the whole week I was there. It also seems popular with French families on the weekend, given the influx on the Saturday morning. In summary, for a 1* hotel at the price point where it sits, I‘d go back.

  Basic but really friendly staff and quiet

  Spent five nights there, basic rooms, clean and tidy, no aircon but the door worked just as well, don't expect the Ritz but it served its purpose, business trip. As for the bar really great staff, very helpful, breakfast was great, beer was also very nice ( Affligem) terrace to sit - the place grew on me as the week went on

  This is a basic French motel but despite some of the reviews, I found it to be very clean and the staff were absolutely lovely. Breakfast was good as were the good value pizzas. No matter what your individual opinions are on this establishment, once the draught Affligem sold in the bar starts flowing, any issues will quickly melt away
