    Very poor communication.

    Communication was very disappointing. I asked politely for a cancellation as a gesture of goodwill and explained my situation in detail. The only response I received was that the question could not be answered, without any explanation or personal reply. This lack of communication left a very negative impression.

    We arrived earlier than check and was prepared to wait but the lovely gentleman at reception said that the cleaners would prioritise our room so we could get in earlier.However this is when it started to go downhill. We went to our room and as we opened the door there was a horrific stench of urine. I think they possibly knew this because the window was wide open, we had timed tickets to something in Paris and given that they checked us in very early didn’t feel we could complain initially, nor did we feel comfortable leaving the window open given that it was ground floor.Then we discovered that the lock on the door wasn’t working and that anyone could walk in and out of our room. We reported to reception who said that it looks as though the lock needed new batteries and he would take care of it and watch our bags whilst we were in the city.Upon our return we discovered the lock was still not fixed and the strong smell of urine was still there. We went to reception and he was aware, but was also unable to give us an alternative room of the same size so we had to squeeze into a much smaller room for the night with our children, all 4 of us sleeping in one hard double bed for the night. This room smelt of cigarettes.Breakfast was poor, little options, not enough trays for everyone in the dining room, orange juice run out. We paid £90 for our 1 night stay, would not recommend.

    DO NOT COME HERE EVER. I would rather sleep on the streets because there is mold growing everywhere and dogy people out side with alcohol and stains on the bed of wee and we got complacent because we said about the situation and we couldn’t get move rooms

    AWFUL! worst place i have ever stayed in! blood splattered on the door and walls, hairy beds and stained in many places, mould on shower, walls, floor, air con, roof, window practically everywhere. no signal at all. not clean at all. wouldn’t recommend to anyone. not worth the money. skirting boards ripped off walls and full of mould not hygienic at all. One channel on TV and only in french. i stayed in a 3 beded room and have only checked the 2 single beds just because of the reviews, have no checked the 3rd bed i can only imagine what it is like.

    Room was absolutely disgusting Hairs in the pillow and on toilet seat The radiator stunk when we turned it onBeds were so uncomfortable the mattresses were as thin as anything Also breakfast was absolutely atrocious Milk had gone off and the cereal was stale as if it had been sitting there for days By the time we went down to our breakfast slot all the food was gone Do not recommend
