Ideal for travellers a no fuss hotel tidy, friendly and very helpful reception and good location. Will stay again near to nice village, food and good value. I stayed a week working at the Golf it was a real doddle Motorway to Paris a busy time around 0730 to 0830 but allowing for that its an easy drive east or west.

If you want to experience living in a refugee camp then this is for you

    rating27 Aug 2017

Probably the worst hotel that I have ever had the displeasure of staying in. Automatic check in was broken and we had to obtain assistance from an off duty staff member. The rooms were dirty and my children's room smelt like an ash tray, the place makes the YMCA look like the Ritz! The approach to the rooms was somewhat intimidating as the passageway was blocked by 4 refugees who were obviously being housed there and although they were friendly enough it did not inspire my family to relax at the start of their holiday.I would avoid this place and others in the chain like the plague and would frankly prefer to sleep in my car. We were so disgusted with the standard of this dump that we also cancelled our other bookings with the chain that falsly advertises itself as Premier.

    Reduced me to tears.

After arriving late at night with high spirits, we were quickly demoralised as when we opened the door we smelt a strong smell of smoke despite it being a smoke-free hotel. The shower and bathroom were extremely small and had nail clippings on them which just added to the unhygienic feeling of the hotel. As we went with a school party we found that most of the rooms were similar to ours, with pubic hairs on the sheets and small, stuffy, smelly rooms. After we all gathered in our room, as an attempt to do an all nighter as we didn't trust the the bedsheets that seemed to be covered white stains, we felt extremely unsafe; so much that I spent a while crying as I was scared and didn't feel secure enough in the room. In the morning after the most cold and uncomfortable night spent on top of the covers we went to the small room where breakfast was being served. There was some delicious hot chocolate, but I can't say the same for everything else.I have to say the best part of the stay was shutting the door to the room we stayed in and getting back in the coach.

    Worst night of my life

    rating22 Mar 2016

We spent a night at "Premiere Classe Plaisir" on our school trip and as soon as I opened the door we were greeted by the smell of smoke. The room was tiny and the bathroom was like a pink portaloo, you could barely move inside. The room obviously hadn't been seen to in weeks other than to pull up the the bed sheets, which hadn't been washed as they stank of smoke and a couple of us found pubic hairs in them. I found several nail clippings on the floor and on the toilet seat and the room next to us had found a smear of blood on the floor. I had to step outside of the room for a while as the stench of smoke was giving me a headache, which was quite dangerous saying as the rooms open straight out onto the car park and anyone could get in. It is fair to say we did not feel safe; I had to comfort my crying friend as she was absolutely petrified. When I finally got to sleep it was in jeans, a jumper and still with shoes on, on a towel as I didn't even want to touch the white smudges on the smoke smelling bed covers. The only good thing was the water pressure but it didn't matter as the water wouldn't actually drain so I was stood in a puddle of soapy water. The breakfast the next morning was poor, the reception and eating area were in the same room with only one member of staff and the "all you can eat breakfast" was a shelf of a selection of yoghurts and 2 types of bread. Overall, it was the worst place I have ever been to and it says that it's "pet friendly" but I wouldn't even want my dog sleeping there.
