    Basic rooms adjacent to CDG airport

    We did not intend to stay here, but due to a delayed flight Air France gave us a voucher for this place. We reached it via a 20-minute shuttle buss from CDG Airport. There seemed to be multiple properties associated with this chain (B&B), but I think this is where we stayed. The hotel is located in a sort of plaza with another hotel and a hostel. There also appeared to be a free-standing restaurant sharing the lot. It did not seem like they had a large parking lot, but I didn't pay that much attention. The room was fairly basic and the bath / shower was small. We arrived just before 7 p.m. and had to leave again at 5 a.m., so it was fine for the night. It didn't seem like it was convenient to anything other than the airport. It wasn't noisy despite apparently being close to the airport. Shelf space was limited but they at least had convenient outlets. They had a dining area that we used twice. Air France also gave us vouchers for dinner and breakfast, and it was served in this space on the ground floor near the front desk. Dinner was basically a selection of personal pizzas (2 people could easily split one), along with make-your-own fruit cups, water and some bottles of Heineken. Breakfast was basic, but fine. Access to rooms was via a numeric passcode that you received upon check-in. This was not a problem, but was a bit different than usual. It seemed like a high percentage of this hotel's business is based on vouchered stranded Air France customers, but that night it seemed very high.     They are advertising that there are an temperature air controler in the room - air cooling system. Unfortunately that air cooling system does not function or are not present. Since room temprature and air quality is below standards. Highly recommend Book another allaccor hotel near by like the Novotel. Please Value sleep more then this shameful hotel.

    The room I was allocated stank of mold. And this wasn't just something that you can get rid of by opening the doors and windows. This was a sting your eyes, make you choke kind of smell. As and asthmatic, allergic to mold, I really struggled, but the staff were not helpful. At least not the first two people I spoke with. On the third night of my stay, I was moved to a different room, a bit smaller, but at least I was free of the smell. Unfortunately, all my clothes smelled - not great when attending a dance event. The carpet damage outside the room indicates a major flooding that was not dealt with properly.     A Miserable Stay – Only Here Because You Have To Be

    Location: Hotel near Charles de Gaulle AirportAtmosphere and setting: The hotel feels tired, stuffy, and a bit grimy. The room was uncomfortable, with a non-functioning air conditioner and no way to adjust the temperature. The mattress was incredibly thin—I've had thicker ones while camping.Service: The staff were unsympathetic and unhelpful, showing no concern for guests’ situations, many of whom are likely there due to airline issues. I was denied dinner because my Air France voucher didn’t include it, then denied lunch (which was included) because check-out was before 10:30.Value for money: It’s hard to place value on something you're forced into, but even under the circumstances, the service and quality were unacceptable.Comments: If you’ve ended up here, something has probably already gone wrong—and unfortunately, this hotel won’t make things any better. I counted down the minutes until I could leave. Avoid if you have any other option.     Budget hotel accommodations near Charles de Gaulle Airport. The reception staff were friendly and Check In was speed . However, the room was small, bed too small for a couple and no amenities.Room price is too high vs the room of the Hotel. Breakfast options were limited, and the restaurant lacked sufficient seating during periods of high occupancy.
