Too much noise impossible to sleep with the road. Dirty and too small rooms. No paper in the WC during 5 daysWindows not totally closed. Wind entérine through out of the door I will never come back in this horrible hotel

Check-in was straight forward except the usual problems of not knowing French to communicate with the receptionist, Be warned : I was lucky to land here when someone was at the reception (5PM-9PM). Otherwise you will be dealing with a machine to check-in. It is a small clean room with a small clean bathroom attached. Everything is minimalistic. All rooms open to external walkway. Very near to a railway line, so could be noisy early in the morning. The free WIFI is decent. I had to bear cigarette smell all through the night.If you want something to eat/drink, all you have is a wending machine that accepts only coins. The nearest restaurant is miles away. I was told by the receptionist about the availability of phone-in home delivery food but not tried.To be frank, the room is a bit better than what I used to get in UK for the same money. All in all I am happy that I paid very little for a three night stay and I get the minimum I expected.

The hotel itself is not bad, but the staff and management is absolutely ignorant and incompetent. When bread, hot water, coffee and everything finished, the staff did not anything to solve the situation and 30 people left hungry and angry without prepayed breakfast. Some electronic cards were issued wrongly and it was impossible to open 3 rooms last night. Confirmation of booking, get a proper facture - mission imposible !

Very basic amenities provided for travelers to this industrial area of Elancourt; a bit far from restaurants for afternoon and evening meals. Room is reasonably clean and well-heated. Basic self-service breakfast is provided at low cost.

Service when arrived, worse ever, they don´t keep the luggage so have to take it to the office.Never seen a place like that, the door room is the outside door, so when people smoking outside you can smell it from your room. The bathroom, if you are a lady, imposiblle to wash your hair or you´ll have a swimming pool. It reminded me when took the Ferry from UK to Santander and had a cabin with my own bathroom. No room service although i guess this is because of the level of the HOTEL. No amenities, even handsoap is missing.No lift, so watch out if you are travelling with big luggage as it was my case for the whole week.You can hear people next to you when they are waking up.
