Location

This attractive hotel is located in the Montparnasse are in the south of Paris. It is situated right next to the Montparnasse Tower from where a dreamy view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower is to be enjoyed. An inexhaustible selection of shops, bistros, small theatres, cabarets and bars is to be found in the vicinity. Montparnasse train station may be quickly and easily reached allowing access to all parts of the French capital. The airport is some 29 km from the hotel.

Facility

28 junior suites, 35 suites, 953 single rooms and 953 double rooms are located on 25 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. All rooms are carpeted and include a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi are provided as well. Guests can take advantage of the nightly turndown service. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

    Rooms: The rooms here were really clean, nicely laid out and modern. The view from our window was great over the city. Water bottles in the fridge, and nespresso coffee provided. The room is quite open plan, comfortable and a great place to relax after a busy day in the city. There is also room service 24/7 for food but we didn't use this so can't comment on that. Pros: The hotel itself was lovely, it was modern and stylish and everywhere was very clean. The staff were very attentive and welcoming and made sure you had everything you need. Within the hotel is an Italian restaurant, we ate there a couple of times and food was fantastic. It's cooked to order, so its super fresh and wholesome. Would definitely recommend eating there of an evening. There is a really handy grab & go stop in the lobby where you can grab breakfast, pastries, coffee & sandwiches which is great if you're heading out early into the city. -Cons: There were a couple of things that did let the hotel down. On arrival you pay 100 euro per night fee (which for us was 500 euro for 5 nights) which is taken from your account and then sent back when you leave if you haven't caused any damages etc. We had no clue that this was the case so arriving on holiday and being 500 euro out of pocket straight away could cause some stress and difficulty because for most people that's probably spending money. So if you do stay here, bare that in mind. Additionally, advertised is a Sky Bar. This is not actually owned by the hotel. It is on the rooftop and run by a different company that is not Pullman. There is a seperate member of staff for this in the Lobby. When we approached them to enquire about the SkyBar, the staff weren't particularly welcoming, seemed quite dismissive in a way. We did decide to go there one night but it's quite expensive just to go up there. You get a drink token each which makes it seem worth it but my cocktail had an ice cube in it that took up the whole glass. It was a rip off. Additionally, the service was so slow, we waited at least 25 minutes to get served and even then we had to stop one to ask to order.. this was when it wasn't very busy at all. We were really disappointed by this as we had high hopes. -Overall: We would definitely stay here again as it is convenient (being an hour walk from Eiffel or 25 minute metro). It's a nice enough area and the hotel itself is lovely. The staff were helpful and welcoming and everywhere is taken care of nicely. We did love our stay here. The only thing that would put us off is the 100 euro per night fee that isn't clearly advertised. If that doesn't put you off tho, this is definitely a good place to go.

    Of the 2 Pullman Hotels in Paris, this is definitely the better! Staff is warm, welcoming and helpful. Room was comfortable and location great.

    We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and overall we had a good experience. There was really nothing major to complain about, as everything was adequate and met our needs.The breakfast was good, the hotel’s location was convenient, and the staff were helpful, although I wouldn’t describe them as especially warm or friendly. Still, considering the price, I think the hotel offered good value for money.That said, it definitely did not feel like a five-star hotel, so I would recommend it more for its practicality and reasonable price rather than for luxury.If you want,
