Location

Situated on the fashionable Avenue de Suffren, this city and business hotel is just a stone’s throw from the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero Gardens; a short walk from the River Seine; and close to the Palais de Chaillot and the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre. Located in a refined and peaceful area, this elegant property is an ideal setting for both business and holiday travellers. The Champs-Élysées, the Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Louvre can be reached within a 15-minute drive. Paris - Orly International Airport is approximately 18 km away and Roissy - Charles de Gaulle International Airport lies roughly 30 km from the hotel.

Facility

430 non-smoking rooms are located on 11 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     I stayed here for 3 nights and I must say that the location is superb!! We had a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower and it was only a 10 minute walk away. There are many many shops and bars close by and a cute little market. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. The bedroom was cleaned to a high standard and the beds were comfortable. The WiFi was excellent as well. I will absolutely return to this hotel!! And I highly recommend it for the beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from many of the bedrooms. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

    One of the Best Hotel Experiences We Have HadOur family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel.Everything about the hotel was impressive—from the location and facilities to the cleanliness, comfort, and overall atmosphere. The Eiffel Tower views are incredible, the breakfast is excellent, and the entire property is maintained to a very high standard.What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its people.We would particularly like to recognize Adam, who is part of the management team and was often welcoming guests at the entrance to the breakfast area. Traveling with a toddler can sometimes be challenging, but Adam consistently made our experience easier and more enjoyable.He always ensured our child had everything needed and was remarkably attentive. What stood out most was his proactive approach—he would notice opportunities to help before we even had to ask. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests were evident every day.In an industry where great service can sometimes feel routine, Adam delivered hospitality that felt personal and sincere.     One of the finest location but not great friendly staff, long waits for check ins, room given late. I personally felt the location was 5/5, so close to Eiffel and Sienna river. Staff could be better. Rooms were good.You must have the croquettes at breakfast, it’s absolutely yummy.
