    Excellent hotel in beautiful neighborhood in Paris

    I had an exceptional stay at this hotel during an 8-day trip to Paris. It was very well located (as long as you do not mind being a distance from the more fancy area of Paris - which I do not). Located just a lovely 10-minute walk from the Tuileries Gardens and the Louvre, it was a perfect place for us to be based. The hotel is beautiful. I got a superior room, as rooms in Europe tend to be smaller, and after already traveling for two weeks, I needed a bit more space. The room was very nice. The lobby is very nice, also, and there are a number of restaurants right on the street. The hotel is literally across the street from a small grocery store, which was incredibly convenient. However, what made this hotel stay exceptional was the staff. I wish I could remember the names of the two gentlemen who worked in the lobby; they were so nice and very helpful. I also want to mention the young lady who also worked the lobby, Lucia. She was absolutely delightful, ready to help with any questions, advice, and recommendations. She made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel was quiet, although I always use earplugs (my room was directly across from the supermarket and they get up early! I would definitely stay here again any time. Very happy to recommend.

    Decent hotel. As others have stated the rooms and bathroom are extremely small. Construction going on next door and seemingly all down the street. Nice staff. Probably wouldn’t stay here again. I feel that for the price I could have found a larger room with more amenities.

    Family Suite is wonderful

    We were here for 9 nights at the end of May, beginning of June. We stayed in the Family Suite. It was very large for our family of four, with 2 teenagers. The first floor has the main room and bathroom with shower. The second floor has a sofa bed and bathroom with shower and then down a hall, another little twin bed under a slanted roof with skylight. It felt like a way cuter Harry Potter cupboard under the stairs. My son loved it. Then there’s another bathroom with just toilet and sink. The mini fridge is on the second level. We couldn’t believe the room we had. It was easy to stow our 4 large suitcases in the room. There was good storage for everything we had. The view was limited, but charming. The beautiful rooftops of the 1st arrondisement. The air conditioning worked. The hairdryer was good. Housekeeping did a wonderful job of cleaning our room each day. The room is decorated tastefully and was very cute. The elevator is quite small but worked the whole time we were there. The lobby is quaint and the people who work there are professional and friendly. Jerome was our particular favorite. We never had breakfast there, so cannot speak to that. The neighborhood is very safe and convenient. Easy to get to all the things. The grocery shop across the street was very convenient for snacks and drinks. I fear we are ruined for any other room after staying in this one. It was so nice, we are now spoiled. We would absolutely stay here again.

    Great place for walkable Paris sites

    The rooms are on the smaller side, but that's what you can expect in this area. The location was perfect to be able to walk around Paris, and the staff was quite friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and colors were vibrant. The bathroom was clearly renovated and was a huge plus. Considering the location, this room (facing out to the street) was very quiet. The staff was helpful and arranged transport to the airport, and were always available. The gardens and Lourve were right around the corner, which was a nice plus.
