Location

Ideally situated close to Disneyland Paris and around 1 km from Sea Life, the residence enjoys a privileged location near the shopping centres Val d'Europe and La Vallée Village Outlet. A bus station, bars, restaurants and shops are all within around 500 m. The nearest airports include Paris-Charles de Gaulle (around 35 km) and Paris-Orly (around 45 km).

Facility

78 junior suites, 13 suites and 128 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms, 219 non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. Sport and leisure facilities at the apartment hotel include a gym and aerobics.     Gorgeous comfy rooms and perfect location for Disney!

    We recently stayed at this fab hotel for 3 nights with our 4 and 1 year old when we visited Disneyland Paris. I can’t recommend it enough! Gorgeous entrance and reception area as soon as you enter. And someone to take up your bags to the room. We had a gorgeous room with kitchen and dining table, pull out bed in one room, then in another a big double bed and bathroom and an extra bathroom which was more than we expected! Rooms so comfortable, spacious and clean after a full days in DLP this is just what we needed. There is a free shuttle to and from the park each day, little mini bus taxi’s so much nicer than a bus. Never had to wait more than a couple of mins each time and all included in the price which was amazing! There is a lovely pool and bar area which we didn’t have a chance to use but definitely will next time. We got room service one night which was also lovely! Perfect location for DLP, 5 min drive door to door! I have recommended to all my friends who are planning a Disney trip & we will be back!

    I cannot fault Relais Spa Hotel. It is a perfect location for Disneyland with a free shuttle service. There is also a vast shopping centre less than 5 minutes away with the train station also on the doorstep. The spa is wonderful, so relaxing & perfect after a long day at Disneyland - it was never busy so it was a lovely atmosphere. The room was clean & comfortable, we were never bothered by any noise from other people. A great selection of hot & cold food for breakfast with good coffee! I went with my friend who has a wheelchair & her assistance dog, Luna. The staff couldn't be more accommodating & helpful. Two staff that especially stood out were Chris on reception & Isham in the restaurant. They were both incredibly friendly, approachable, knowledgeable & nothing was too much trouble. They will always be remembered as part of this holiday!

    My daughter and I had a wonderful time at the Relais spa. The staff were very professional and helpful, the breakfast was great and the beds are very comfy. We would definitely come back again.

    We stayed at Relais Spa Val d'Europe in the end of January this year.To say we have been satisfied with our stay is to say nothing.Both parents and kids have had lots of fun, ease of getting to the Disneyland parks, great service *!!!* in the restaurant and bar, great food and my special highlight - the spa and the pool. I haven't tried the massages but it will be something to do for next time.The hotel is really nicely located - so close to Disneyland, the Val D'Europe commercial centre *if you love food and shopping, otherwise - what are you doing in Paris* and the RER station in 5 minutes of walking from it.I would definitely recommend the hotel for the excellent service and the ease of getting both to Paris and Disneyland and I am hoping to return again next year.

    I stayed here in December and can honestly say I had the best experience ever! The hotel was adorned with fabulous decorations and nothing was too much trouble. There was a minor problem on arrival with the room that could not have been foreseen. The manager was so apologetic, she went out of her way to make it up to us. It wasn't necessary as already they were offering everyone a great experience with their outstanding breakfast, so much choice, full English, continental plus fruits and even cakes. The transport staff were excellent, especially Julian. So chatty and helpful, took real pride in his job. We never waited more than ten minutes for transport to Disney. I wish I had caught all the names of the staff as all were exceptional, truly prioritising customer experience. I loved the spa and the other people I met there. This hotel welcomes guests from elite circles. I met people working on movie sets, with footballers etc. Everyone wanting to stay in this fantastic place where the furnishings and service are first class. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Paris after a great experience and am already planning a return.
