    The reviews were right! This is a gem. Friendly welcome, clean family room with everything we needed, close to the metro, close to good restaurants & supermarkets. We will definitely come back!About 30 min trip from Orly airport by taxi (approx 31 euros) and about 30 mins into the centre of Paris approx 2.10 euro by metro.

    We stayed at Residnece Aurmat from 31/5-7/6 in 2023 for French Open at the Roland Garros. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to travel in the southern quiet part of Paris. In particular, if you are planning to watch French Open, this is an ideal hotel:10 minutes walk to Roland Garros. If you are traveling over Paris, the Metro is within 5 minutes’ walk. You feel safe to walk even at 10pm in the evening. In the daytime, you could stroll along the road leisurely and buy souvenirs. You can also find nice bakery shops nearby for breakfast. There is a flea market every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. Don’t miss! Good bargain buys!The hotel room is admittedly small but it has everything in, ranging from a small kitchen, TV, small but a clean bathroom and above all, a very comfortable bed.The owner, David, is most helpful.     Expecting rooms(place) like in the pictures, but unfortunately not the same.

    Pictures on website are from their office, the real room are located in a total different building, nothing like the pictures when you see at the time of reservation. Location is the only food thing.

    Great location for Roland Garros, friendly and helpful hotel manager/owner. The room itself was tiny but well equipped although the toilet seat and shower door were both broken. Everything was clean. It doesn't have a lift so be mindful if you have walking difficulties.
