  I cannot recommend this place highly enough, we arrived early in the hopes that we might just be able to drop off our suitcase and return later in the day and were met by Jose, who checked our apartment and told us it was already cleaned so we could get in straight away. He was incredibly professional and showed us the features of the apartment and was at pains to point out that anything we needed we could get in touch with him at any time. The apartment was on the first floor facing the courtyard so it was very peaceful at night. The place was spacious and spotless, the beds were comfy (including the sofa bed.It was fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine and gave us so much more freedom than staying in a hotel, every morning I got up and picked up fresh croissants and bread for our breakfast at a fraction of the cost for eating the sam thing in a cafe with my family. The location was so much better than anywhere we've stayed before in Paris. Everything you could ever need was within a 3-minute walk of the hotel, including the metro, supermarkets, boulangeries and countless excellent restaurants which all served amazing food at incredibly reasonable prices, a far cry from staying right in the centre where you have mostly tourist trap restaurants that are expensive and the food is mostly mediocre. This is clearly an area where the locals eat. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else on my next trip to Paris, if anything due to my experience of staying here, I'll be visiting Paris a lot more.

  Perfect hotel for a perfect family holiday :-)

  Booked the Deluxe One Bedroom Flat which included a bedroom, living room (with sofabed) and a bathroom for myself, the missus, and our two kids. We were given a room on the 5th floor and it was absolutely spotless. The beds were firm but not firm enough that feels like you're lying on the ground! Our windows were facing in the direction of the courtyard so there was absolutely no noise from outside (the road itself where the hotel is situated is a quiet road), and we barely heard our neighbours.The hotel is minutes away from the nearest metro entrance, and a short 15-20 minute walk from the Gare du Nord train station so transport links are very ideal.Our host was very friendly, very professional, and very helpful (most of the French people we came across were very helpful with one young lady paying for my ticket fare at the barrier when my metro card failed to work!).Our short holiday to Paris was incredible and we would definitely come back to this hotel!

  To be honest wasn’t expected such a nice place. Flats are huge compared to an hotel room, very clean and there is a reception from 9:00 to 20:00. Nice staff tho.

  If you get an apartment on the third floor, take a young guy to carry your bags. Steep stairs, older style, are not good for anybody unless they are very fit. It will also discourage you from going out because you have to go up those stairs again. Very creaky floors, which may be usual for Paris but make it hard for other to stay asleep if you have to go to the bathroom. Very busy area, good for shopping and restaurants but a long way from the airport by taxi.

  I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Résidence Bergère! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Paris, with easy access to everything. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend Résidence Bergère for anyone looking for a charming and convenient place to stay in Paris. I can't wait to return!
