    We stayed here for 4 nights last week. The views were truly incredible. We stayed in the 2bed/2.5 bath apartment. It was much bigger than we expected. Beautiful location, walkable to restaurants and the Eiffel Tower is right there. Beautiful building and what a treat to say we stayed in a true Parisian apartment!     A Parisian Gem

    This is a Parisian gem! The view we had of the Eiffel Tower was incredible - better than the pictures can convey. The residences have modern amenities but are full of Paris charm - wrought iron balconies with floor-to-ceiling french doors, crown molding, beautiful wood floors, comfortable furniture and bedding. The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful. Our place was spotless. There is an elevator - as in most European buildings, it is small, but reliable.The location could not be more perfect. It is on a quiet residential street, but just a block away from a street filled with cafe's, restaurants and shops including an adorable little grocery. Residence Charles Floquet is also a few blocks from multiple bus lines, it is an eight minute walk to the metro stop, and there is a taxi rank two blocks away. Being so close to the Eiffel Tower, we got to experience it in so many wonderful ways - the view at night is one we will cherish forever - we really felt like we were in the City of Lights.     Absolutely a Beautiful Apartment, clean and very polite and friendly staff, with the best location you can get. We had a wonderful time exploring the different sights of Paris from this location. Botaboat was 10 minute walk, great restaurants all around, grocery store within 5 minutes. I would stay here again on my next trip to Paris.     Thank you to Xavier the manager, the room was fantastic in the penthouse apartment. The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible from multiple windows. Bed’s were cozy, clean and the bathrooms were very modern. TV was outdated and had trouble connecting to phone/computer but all in all the place was fantastic.
