  Disappointment

  In the pictures and from the outside, the hotel generally looks fine. The lobby and facade give a good first-hand impression, which made the disappointment even bigger when I entered the room. There smelled bad and it looked like there was mold in the ceiling behind the curtain. The room did not live up to the 3 stars the hotel has. We could hear everything in the room next door.   Never stay in this hotel

  Do not stay in this hotel, I booked this hotel because of free breakfast included in room price at cheap rate, free wifi and air conditioning.Negatives: Wrong advertisement of AC, no air conditioning, No bellboy, Poor wifi (which is provided by Orange, Very far from city center), rude staff, Night club next door (as there is no AC, when you open window noise will not let you sleep)Positive: Free Parking and nothing else.   A great hotel, if staying in this part of Paris.The reception staff were very helpful and the restaurant staff were fantastic.The rooms were clean and comfortable.We stayed 13 nights and the staff treated us like family.I would recommend this hotel.   Absolute sh*t - and that is putting it lightly!

  We booked the hotel via a travel agent for a four day visit to Paris. The website says air conditioning and free WiFi, but they don’t have either. There is a air ventilator in the room but completely ineffective. Sweated so much the sheets and pillows were drenched! We were forced to open the windows but there is bar/club right next to the room which plays music and made loud noises until 3am, for three days! The hotel did nothing until the third day when they ‘said’ they called the police. But nothing happened. We had to ask to change to a room on the other side of the hotel - but there was no difference. The aircon did not work and had to open the window to sleep but there were massive exhaust noises from factory plants next door which killed the final night’s sleep. When asked the reception why the aircon does not work they said ‘it works only during the day, not night!’ - Errr....who gets a hotel room to stay inside during the day?? Bonkers!The WiFi only works at the reception. Does not work in any room. There is no connectivity and it does not even show signal on the phone. When asked why, was told it’s not their problem as it’s Orange and they can’t help! It’s hotel WiFi! And funnily was told, ‘If it’s not working, keep trying!’. Aircon and WiFi are all false adverting, they should take that off their website. They say they have a gym, it’s a room smaller than a toilet with a old threadmil and a bike with small weights with no bench or bars with locks.One evening we ate at their restaurant as there was nothing around. Ordered steak medium/rare and carbonara. The steak came almost fried to death and the carbonara was scrambled eggs with noodles! Had to send the steak back for a new one, but they were insiting that the carbonara was correct - apparently in the south of Italy they eat scrambled eggs and noodles! (who knew!)- you can see the picture of the plate below. Had to leave the plate untouched (but they gave a tiramisu free for that which tasted ok - clearly it was not made by the same chef!)The rooms were very very basic. Disgusting pillows with yellow stains. No kettle, minibar or even decent decor. The toilet was full of damp and doors corroding with rust. Spillage marks in the room across the carpet and lamp shades etc. Rooms are given a facelift to show its new but all falling apart when trying to use them. The pictures say it all below...If your planning stay at this hotel bring your own sleeping bag and sleep on the street outside, you will be more comfortable. Thank you for making our trip to Paris a memorable one, all for the wrong reasons!   Worst hotel ever

  I and the group stayed here during our trip on last Sep. The room is out of date with basic amenities; no minibar/ no kettle. Wifi and breakfast are the worst in this hotel. Wifi is only work at the reception area and you could not access it in your room. Staff get used to it so they just said like you have to accept it. Separate breakast area for Asian and Western guest. As an Asian; we have to suffer their basic breakfast on 1st floor in the dark room. Feeling like we were begging for food. Poor soundproofing as well.Highly do not recomend this place!
