Fastest access and best prices for visiting Disneyland Paris

    rating19 May 2026

I have stayed at Residhome five times, and as a Disneyland Paris season pass holder, this is consistently the best value hotel for visiting the parks. The Val d'Europe station's rear entrance/exit on the RER A line is a one minute walk from the hotel. With four trains an hour and just five minutes travel time, Residhome is a closer walk and oft times faster to get to than many of the Disney hotels on property. All rooms are functioning apartments with full kitchens. Even if you aren't cooking, the fridge comes in very handy for milk, ice cream and frozen pizzas. Plus making real coffee or tea in the morning is fantastic, with everything provided. I always book a studio, but have been frequently upgraded to a one bedroom with separate living area. There is a good full bar downstairs with pizza and burgers. It closes one day a week when a food truck arrives out front with even better burgers! The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful, and I have used their free left-luggage service many times. Prices vary a lot. Book early for the best value.

    Great Location

    rating26 Apr 2026

Stayed in a one bed family apartment for 3 nights during a recent trip. The apartment lived up to expectations and the location was excellent in terms of travelling to/from Disney and also into the city for some sightseeing. Train station is mere feet from front door but note there is no elevator at the train station entrance closest to property. Also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby making it easy to get snacks and essentials during a stay.Apartment was cleaned daily and had everything we needed for our stay including a kettle & microwave in a neat kitchen. While apartment was a little cramped with 2 adults/3 kids, we didn’t spend a whole lot of time there so it worked out ok. would certainly consider staying here again if we return in future. The separate toilet & washroom would not be to every bodies taste & not all lights were working within the apartment. Staff were helpful & professional during check in and check out.

Perfect for Disneyland on a budget

    rating10 Apr 2026

You certainly get what you pay for in this world. But if you accept its going to be a bit of ruff around the edges, you'd be hard pushed to find a better budget hotel for a few days in Disneyland Paris. The hotel is less than 1 minute from the RER that takes you, in about 3 minutes, to Disneyland main entrance. The breakfast is worth paying for and the parking is cheap and easy (entrance 100m on the left before the hotel) There are plenty of restaurants around and a huge shopping centre that has a Sea Life in and the usual fast food chains. Id suggest a balcony room to get a bit of fresh air as the hotel was running hot and buy your RER tickets the day you arrive to avoid delays on your day of travel. We also took the RER straight the the Arc de Triomph and had a walk to the Eifell Tower for good measure. All for the standard 2 euro per person, per journey rate. All in highly recommended.

Location great, basic, but fine for a base for Disney

    rating20 Nov 2025

We had a 2 night stay in this hotel.Positives Large room with small kitchen, living area with sofa bed, separate bathroom and kitchen Perfect location opposite the train station, great for getting to Disney and back, much easier than getting a shuttle busShopping centre and restaurants nearby. Clean room, comfortable bed NegativesShower very mouldyGenerally shabby and old lookingTea and coffee provided was poorBreakfast was basicNot enough sockets in the bedroom, had to unplug lamps to charge devices.Overall I would stay here again as we were only in the room to sleep and to get a quick breakfast. The location was the big plus for us.

    Before pay check the room

    rating20 Oct 2025

Before staying at this hotel, please pay close attention to the following points. Although the photos make it look nice, this hotel is actually very old and lacks many basic safety features. The so-called baby bed in our room was so old and unstable that I didn’t even dare to put my child in it — and by the way, you have to make the bed yourself. All the springs were rusty. The doors were peeling, and it even looked like something had chewed on them. There were *no cleaning supplies in the bathroom at all* — not even soap. I asked for some, and they said it would be delivered, but nothing ever came. You can’t even take a proper shower — the water constantly switches from freezing cold to boiling hot, and the tiles are moldy. The only positive thing is that it’s very close to a shopping mall and about a 10-minute walk to Disneyland. Breakfast was extremely poor with almost no options. My advice: See the room before you pay.Overall, it was a terrible experience. Despite its good location, the place is neglected, dirty, and completely lacking in care or professionalism — an absolute disaster.
