This hotel is located at the foot of La Grande Arche in the city centre.     The primary issue for me, as a solo female traveler, was the safety. There was no way for me to lock my door from the inside of my room (see picture). Additionally, at one point I needed a new key and front desk just asked for my room number and made it- they didn’t confirm it was me staying there with ID or anything. I felt on edge sleeping here because of the lack of lock. The room was fine, the mattresses were hard. If you are taller than 5’8 the shower will be a bit tricky for you. Additionally, there was no blackout or privacy curtain on the window. Only a very sheer cover. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it.

    Excellent location situated at walking distance from La Defense business centre.This apparthotel delivers 4* service with top notch buffet breakfast.The main differentiator is that rooms are actually studio apt equiped with a kitchenette and a dishwasher ! This helps to choose your food regimen and go to restaurants occasionaly.After a month here I retain :A superb professional team always ready to help and committed to excellence and service.Their consistency to deliver is remarkable.Super practical for business carried out locally.Room was very silent - standard+balcony - VIP are also available.Residhome is a great hotel brand I remain faithful.Special thanks to Mr OULED JABEUR & his team

    We made seperate single room for all. At first night the staff told you don't do that and 2 of us stayed in 1 room till next day we talk to another staff and solve the problem.At first and second days we don't have internet, as the hotel again has problem.The staff were not experienced.Cleaning of the room was terrible because of low staff.The first time I enter the room, the room floor was full of hair. I told the hotel to clean.

    Female travelling alone for business. Walked into the room, a patio style window was open at both sides and didn't seem to lock. When I called someone up to check it the response from reception was "you're on the 9th floor, madame!" They say they have no other rooms available.... (without checking as they say the system is down)... what would they do if there were a fire?!!!

    I stayed at thé Residhome Courbevoie la Défense in July 2022 and had a great stay. The staff was excellent- all very kind and accommodating. The area is very close to Paris by train and Uber (Arc de Triomphe is one stop away on the train). La Défense and the Westfield shopping center is a short walk away and is great for shopping. I did have issues with the key cards on the elevator but other than that, everything was great. Loved my stay.
