  We loved the place in the beginning, room service once a week. Our nightmare began 2 days before leaving when the washing machine broke down. For 2 days no one came to fix it . We got just chked in bags. Till now nothing has been done. Will never stay here again

  Excellent Hotel, but avoid to use the transportation services ( it is a rip off)

  Clean and very friendly personal.Nearby you have shopping center , bars and pizzerias.DO NOT use the transportation services offered at the front desk.THEY TELL YOU A PRICE AT THE FRONT DESK AND WE YOU ARRIVE AT THE DESTINATION THE DRIVER CHARGE YOU MORE.Get Uber as better choose to avoid the RIP OFF , very sad.

  Nice small place for 2 people. Near to the public transport (train, busses, taxi). nearby mall, banks and good restaurant. Clean and quite place. Affordable too. The place smell fresh. Kitchen has every thing that you might need if you want to prepare home meal away from home.

  Stayed for the long weekend around the armistice commemoration 11/11/18. We booked through the booking.com option under which you pay when booking with no refund if you cancel. This was best value for us. Location was convenient, easy journey on the RER from Gare du Nord. We had a standard studio room on ground floor with kitchenette inc fridge, microwave, kettle. Clean odour-free carpetless floor. Modern openable window for fresh air. Adjustable heating (no 'aircon' which in my experience at other hotels is rarely cool, never fresh and often noisy). Lovely view from restaurant room along the river Marne with trees in autumn colour, swans etc. In the locality the 'nice' suburbs are each side of the river, whereas the streets near Neuilly-Plaisance train station are more urban and gritty with shops run largely by people from francophone africa (who nevertheless could answer helpfully in English in response to my attempts to order burgers etc in French).Minor reasons for 4 rather than 5 stars: Wifi is available only if you give your email address and consent to spam. TV is in French only, no english channels. Safe wouldn’t set a code, most of its control buttons were worn out, it was obvious this was a long term issue which hadn’t been fixed. The reception staff lent us the key instead. Breakfast was fine although the breakfast staff were surly – as opposed to reception staff who were pleasant and helpful.

  Average place, ok for a night

  I stayed over for one night during a business trip. It is a bit outside and therefore you need to take the train or taxi to get here, going back from the centre yesterday night took me more than 30 minutes by taxi.The room is a bit old, there is a small kitchen but I didn't use it. The bed was ok but unfortunately not 100% clean...The bathroom was not very modern but ok for usage. For me if I enter the room for the first time I need to have a good feeling, here it was more a bit "smelly " and I didn't feel so welcome, but this is just a personal feeling. The staff at the reception was nice and able to speak English. At the breakfast it was not the case, it is obvious that I don't understand a word but if they just continue speaking French to my puzzled face I am not so happy ;-)Price was 146 euro + 10.50 euro for breakfast, ok for Paris.
