  Budget Hotel to stay in Paris but no AC

  Location wise this property is ok to book as main city attractions are max Euro 20 from here. Hotel is clean and comfortable to stay. It has a hot water and has all the equipment for you to cook. You have a grocery shop close by and also bus stop is close to it. Major issue is it doesn’t have Air conditioner and peak of summer it can be challenging. No daily cleaning one has to do it himself or herself Reception people don’t pick up call at all. It offer good breakfast but need to come before 9:30 am Overall we had a very comfortable stay here and may book again.

  Terrible stay!

  This was the worst hotel i have aver been in. Everywhere was mold, the fridge in our room disquieting and smelt like rotten garlic. My friend was sick and trew up. We asked a day later if we could get a new towel but they refused and told us that we will get new supplies like towels and toiletpaper after one week. ( we only had one toiletpaper ) When we went for breakfast there was almost no food and they didn’t fill it also. Me and my friend didn’t eat anything.When i came i to the hotel the first time i already payed everything. But they told me i had to pay 22,08 euros more. I did and got told i would get it back at the end of my stay. After 3 days when i left and checked out they didn’t give me any money in return. I asked them and they told me i didn’t even pay extra money when i arrived but i clearly did! I tried to contact the hotel when i got home but they didn’t even respond to me anymore.This absolutely destroyed my stay. Never will return here again. I wouldn’t recommend this place

  Nice apparthotel close to Paris centre

  I stayed here during the Olympics, when visited some competitions. This apparthotel was nice, I didn't expect a full kitchen with microwave, stove, fridge with freezer and all utensils and even 3 bottles of complimentary water. Also good service, clean room with good street view and comfortable bed. The train station is just a 5 minutes walk and you can get into Paris city centre and the Olympics venues within 30 minutes to max. 1 hour. The only bad thing is that when you missed the last train, before 1 AM, it's complicated to get back with public transport, I took a taxi near Sant Ouan.

  Nice Hotel just outside Paris

  This hotel located about 15 Minutes train from Paris. The hotel is clean. The room quite spacious. My room have one bedroom and separate living room with sofa bed and attached kitchen. The bathroom is spacious. Train station located only 3 minutes walk from the hotel. There is supermarket nearby (Closed around 8 pm). There is nice pizza restaurant about 5 minutes walk. No room service and at night only receptionist available. The rate is cheaper rather than stay at Paris center.

  We stayed here for three nights and were surprised to find the room to be a mini-apartment. It was very well planned and equipped with just what you need, should you want to cook something. Even a mini-dishwasher! We missed a small soap in the bathroom, though. But the room is small and gets hot due to the lack of AC. The (double) bed is a bit hard but you get used to it. Breakfast is absolutely OK. The staff at the reception were polite but rather uninterested. You are expected to clean the room upon departure but with what? Very convenient location, just outside Paris, with good communications.
