  Amazing apartments. We went as 2 family's and had 2 rooms. Easily assessable by both car and public transport. Shop and bakery round the corner and surrounded by lovely restaurants. 20 minutes by both car and public transport into Paris and only an hours drive from Disneyland or 2 hours roughly by public transport. Staff where friendly and helpful. Rooms where lovely and spacious. Would definalty visit again in the future.

  Lovely Tranquil Spot with Lots of Amenities Nearby

  Initially concerned about the hotel because of some of the reviews, but honestly we were really pleased with it. The location is circa 20 minute taxi from the attractions on the south side of the river which was ideal for us as we attending all Olympic events on this side, swell as some tourist spots when we weren't watching the Olympians.The actual setting of the hotel was perfect as we had a choice of restaurants too around the lake, which was beautiful. There was a well stocked, supermarket selling good quality goods and a large Pharmacy. There is also a lovely boulangerie for breakfast, bakeries and lunches where you can eat in or eat in the square overlooking the lake.We all had Superior rooms and they were perfect. A small functional kitchen as you walked into the room, door from this taking you into the large bedroom with king bed with seating area and table and standard lamp. Plenty of wardrobe space and huge ensuite with walk in shower.One of our party drove down and the parking was ideal, underneath the hotel/complex at a charge of c17Euros a day.

  Nice option away from the city

  We found this place as one of the better options to stay at during the Olympics. The rates were more reasonable. The commute via tram and subway to downtown was about 30-40 minute. The room was clean and big. It had a nice kitchette. A great view of a park/pond. Location was near bakery, coffe house, grocery store, and restaurants.

  Firstly, one of the rooms we booked was a bug graveyard. Had to switch rooms due to dead maggots and spiders all over the floor. Secondly, they gave our room card to someone else due to a mess up on the reception side. A man we didn't know entered the room, because he was told it was his room, late at night. We went to complain and got locked out the room until they sorted it. The staff were rude and clearly didn't care about the mix up, not quite realising the seriousness of what they just did. On the second day we went down to complain again hoping they would listen. They didn't care once again and told us to go to management the next day. It got so ridiculous, we decided to leave a review instead. We felt so unsafe the rest of the few days because we didn't trust it wouldn't happen again. No one came to us personally to apologise for what just happened, management should have come to us as soon as they could. We are 2 young female and they could have let anyone in to our room. I still don't think they understand how bad it is what they did.

  I had to cancel my stay on short notice. Despite having missed the deadline, I was fully reimbursed. From a previous visit of the area I can tell that the location and the environment of the hotel are great. For a visit of Paris, however, I would not recommend this location since you have to travel quite a time with tram and metro. For central Paris, you would typically have to change metros at Montparnasse – Bienvenüe, including a very long underground walk.
