    Overpriced

    rating06 Feb 2020

Stayed here when attending a small conference nearby. Charged the max rate of 229 Euros/night which is an absurd amount for the room. There is no iron, and when I asked for one on the first day it didn’t appear, on the second day they replied they didn’t have one available but would put me ‘on the list’ and on the third day they said sure and never sent it up. No Kleenex in the bathroom, and though they took dirty towels away they did not replace with new ones. It is quite far from CDG - 100 euro taxi ride. There are few options in Evry so choices quite limited.

    Not worth the money

    rating17 Jul 2019

I booked for one night. The room was executive and more expensive by 35€. Total price was 140€.The night before I staid in a Novotel and that was cheaper and by far much better. At Residhome, the room was very small. The bed was of mediocre quality and even the pillows were uncomfortable. Shower had very low pressure. I can not recommend this hotel at that price at all, especially not for people who are used to business traveling and which are looking for a little comfort.

Nice and clean, little around hotel

    rating26 Nov 2018

Nice hotel, friendly staff. We paid for parking some of the night in hotel parking garage, but realised afterwards we could've saved more by parking another night in the street. The staff know very little about local transport and advises wrongly on the parking. They were clueless to the fact there was a major rock festival 20 minutes away, even though they had many guests going there. All rooms were like studios so a little kitchen was included. We stocked up at the supermarket just 2 minutes away, and found the bakery on the corner downstairs very useful. It even had a baguette vending machine- how fantastic!!! There is not much in the area. It took us ages to find a place to have a drink the first day, and we ended up eating in the hotel restaurant due to limited local choices. The hotel restaurant has limited opening hours being closed on weekends. They seem to cater to the business travellers. Due to the poor local transport, we ended up hiring a car, which made the travel to the rock festival only 20 minutes, instead of 2 hours by train.

    Small rooms, noisy.

    rating15 Oct 2018

Total of 4 weeks stayRooms are small and quite noisy by street side.Restaurant OK, however unfortunately overrun at times by foreign tourists leaving nothing for the other guests with no intervention by staff.Finding food/drink/groceries takes a bit of a walk.Beds are 2 singles pushed against each other, gap in the middle. Small synthetic and sweaty warm pillows. Not particularly excited about this place and I wouldn’t recommend it with better choices in the area.

    Good Hotel , poor location

    rating13 Aug 2018

There are a lot of positive things to say about this hotel ( I stayed here for 3 nights on a business trip) - the rooms are spacious (by Paris standards) - the breakfast is good - the rooms have some A/C (maybe US or Asian visitors may not be impressed by the A/C - but it is above average for Paris) - the location next to the RER station can be convenient ( I was by car and the car park was easy to find - even though entering it was cumbersome - you had to phone and at night the service was not always quick) The hotel seems to be mainly used by Asian tour groups. The main issue is Evry - the location of the hotel in the centre of one of these "new planned Towns" that don't have a soul . There are no nearby nice restaurants in walking distance - the food in the hotel is OK. I would stay here again maybe for business for a short trip - but not privately
